8Come to this Walgreens if you want to be followed down every isles by the officer they station there.
Visit #1 Printing machine out of order, staff had no idea when it would be fixed or if they could fulfill order
Visit #2 Waited 1 hour for a flu shot with an appointment. Incredibly slow on every step.
New to the area and asked a doctor to send my prescription here. I've now gotten attitude from their pharmacy department, no direction as to when my prescription may be available (its been a few days now), and have now been left on hold while trying to track my prescription down. Terrible customer service.
My wife and I flew back to SF from a long vacation, and she was running out of a very important medication that she needs daily. We raced to our pharmacy here, where we've been going for years, and we were going to arrive ONE minute after the pharmacy closed. We called and asked politely if they could wait, as we were leaving town again that night. We were so rudely shut down by the pharmacy, and they treated us like complete jerks. Not only that, my wife ran out of her meds, and there was no other pharmacy to transfer them to where we were going. Thanks for the great customer service after YEARS of loyalty.
I was very disappointed by the lack of employees. There is usually only one person working in the front who does their best to make sure everyone is always taken care of, but they need help. There is only one person working the cashier, the phone, answering questions, printing photos etc.no help while the line continues to grow. Need to hire more people ASAP.
Convenient place with spacious hallways. Has got most of the things youre looking for in terms of food and pharmacy items. Restroom was not clean though and the employees at the counters were not friendly. Not too crowded when I was there which made it comfortable to roam freely.
Pharmacy staff is very nice.
My only complaint is that twice, in the last couple of months, they have been "out of stock" on 2 different RX's. So I had to walk to a farther store to pick up my inhaler when i was sick. I don't understand why they couldn't have sent my RX to THIS location instead of making me go get it?
