Walgreens, Fremont CA

This is the closest walgreens to me, most things are fine (havn't experienced anything too bad so far lol), but the pharmacy is def not the greatest. I understand these pharmacists are probably over-worked and tired, but they really need to get more organized.

I don’t like Walgreens so much. People are unprofessional I guess. The pharmacy that is better is CVS. CVS is also a pharmacy. CVS and Walgreens have a lot in common. I can show the picture of CVS️.

Got accused of stealing today, for no reason whatsoever.and the lady who accused me of stealing actually owed me $2 from trying to return my incorrect item, and once i got to her needing to give me my money back for the refund she suddenly couldn’t process my transaction anymore so i just requested to leave (so i wouldn’t be wasting any more time there with somebody who just falsely accused me of stealing $4.75 LAUNDRY DETERGENT from the store) and she was reluctant to do that at first, but eventually just let me have the stupid detergent and kept the extra $2 she owed me from the return.i won’t be back.shameful.

Do not come to this Walgreens! The lady at cashier not pay attention on customer’s need! They don’t print the receipt! They send a email directly. If you want a printed receipt, you have to return and do it again! OMG! Horrible!

Been using this pharmacy for 4 years and I've had enough with the inconsistency and incompetency. I don't blame the workers/technicians but the managers need to do better. The most frustrating thing is that they keep changing their hours and don't care to update it on Google or even their own website. Do yourself a favor and change your pharmacy to cvs or something.

The Walgreens pharmacy on Blacow is the SLOWEST drive thru ever. Do not go. We've been waiting over 30 minutes with only one car ahead of us.

I placed a same day photo gift order, visited the store after the mentioned time, staff at the photo center they're short-staffed, so promised to get it ready by next day.visited next day, same story. Totally spoiled my Gift order. Checked with Other stores, all are giving some reasons. Same day order is a joke!

Made a vaccine appointment at 9 am but the pharmacy is open at 10 am. Not sure how this is ever possible but I will never visit this place again.

Had appointment in advance for vaccine and also have arrived 15 minutes earlier, but there was no guide for the process and there were bunch group of customers waiting around the area, when I asked the staff at vaccine spot, she was kind of rude and didn’t answer my question about the process. I only can waiting there for about half hour and no one was checking on me. Later I asked the register person for the process and was told they are short of staff and three were quit, and there should be only one line and it took A WHILE to get a staff to ask. I mean if it is a walk in vaccine, waiting for even one hour I total understand and get it, but here is for appointment, and with no guidelines on-site and still need to wait so long, which is I don’t accept.

This location is sucks.
Its not my first time my medication is not ready.
Its my last pick up
I am going to change my pharmacy.
Its a so bad customer service Walgreens.

12: 30 drive thru appointment. Got there since 12: 15. I got window 1: 00pm. Then the guy said I going 15min break

I came in today looking for a plan b. They are locked so I went to ask an associate for help. I let her know I needed her to open something on the feminine care aisle. She loudly replied “WHAT ITEM DO YOU WANT”. I am 31 years old and not embarrassed at all, but I’m sure maybe someone younger than me would be. I thought that was so ridiculously unprofessional and it’s actually never happened to me before. When a customer wants something open, you walk with them and you open it not question them. DO BETTER!

I really like the convenience of the drive thru.but NOT when I have to wait 30 minutes because the couple in the car ahead of me are getting a Covid test! A Covid test thru a window? Really?
Drive thru should be for drop off and pick up ONLY! Period.

The wait at this pharmacy is ridiculous. This is the third time I've had to wait 30+ minutes to get my prescription. Time to change pharmacies.

Not recommended, anytime I did photo orders they always delay at least for 3 hrs and never answer the call, you always need to chase the employees there to get your work done, it’s the same with Mowry one too, they don’t have any idea about the stock availability, till you calm them and ask for the status you don’t know what’s happening
