Drug Store Walgreens reviews
10Prices were reasonable, good layout and Latunza was an exceptional customer service staff member.
Rude service. I asked the floor rep to open the case so I can purchase a bottle of prevegen. She goes in the back for about 10 minutes, she comes out opens the case then while holding the bottle in her hand, she's helping another customer while I'm waiting for her to bring the bottle up to the cashier for purchase. Very rude and inconsiderate of my time.
Convenient and in a great location. Every thing is over priced though but hey get what you need.
I’ve wondered around for 30 minutes and i cannot find it. The gps directions are just terrible.
Prices are not as expensive as the rest of business around the area. Service is usually fast
The beauty consultant, Marlene, was very nice and helped me realize I was taking care of skin the wrong way. She showed me the right steps and methods to improve the way I treat my skin. The other staff members are also so friendly and helpful! Honestly the best Walgreens I've been to in a long time.
Please please check out the reviews before you go especially for the THE MEDS but some people that work there are very very nice
This store is very clean and well stocked but it's not a REAL Walgreens. I asked if there was a pricing mistake on an item I came to purchase. The item normally sells for $17 and was priced for $35 and the manager lady very rudely cut me off and snapped, "It's a tourist store, not a sales store! ". I have no idea why someone would speak to a customer this way when she was approached in a kind, well-mannered fashion. Let alone in front of other customers. I left the store empty handed and shocked at the rudeness.
I tried calling to look for an item and the guy on the phone REFUSED to look for it. He kept insisting that i should visit the store in person to look myself. I tried telling him that it would be much more convinient if he took 30 seconds to check the toy isle for the item and he would only respond “no, no, no you can come to the store and check”
When i aksed to speak to someone else so i could ask them, he refused to let me speak to anyone.
This was a totally rediculous experience. I have no idea why this man was so stubborn, or what his problem was.
They sell many varieties of Cookies, Snacks, candies and chocolate at reasonable rate. They also sell bottled mineral water. They charge at a reasonable price and it is good for people visiting busy Hollywood area. Staff here is very helpful. They also sell various medications. They also have good collection of beauty products.
