If you’re like me and this is the closest pharmacy / fedex drop off, let me save you the time. Make the drive literally anywhere else. It’s not worth the frustration.

Need to stop for a quick OTC medication? They’re out.
Wanna call ahead to ask a question? IF they answer, the “system” will hang up on you.
Need to pick up a prescription? It’s not ready and won’t be for hours. They may even ask you to come back tomorrow (not a joke).
Need to print a label for your package? Only 1 employee in the entire store knows the code to do it.
Hoping to drop that package off? The label they JUST printed doesn’t work and you “should have gone to an actual fedex”.

Wanna speak to a supervisor? Congratulations! You’ve unlocked a new level of rude and bitter person who hates her job

It’s a shame cause some of the people that work here are actually really nice.

I love Walgreens it's convenient and close I'm so glad they put one in My neighborhood I can order online idk if they drop stuff off but I know you can order online and pickup great place to shop

Do not come here for a prescriptions unless you don't really need it. They will literally kill you and not care. The phone hours for thr pharmacy is wrong the on line hours are wrong. I have have two heart prescriptions I need to live and was seriously told they have hours when they feel like it.

Great customer service. Outside of building and landscape area full of litter. Pretty sure a contractor oversees this area. They need to address litter.

Worst Pharmacy, in town. Consistently long lines. Staff almost deliberately & belligerently slow. Same bodies, no new staff in months, Never considered writing a review for this place for months until now. This is the last time I have my prescriptions sent here. You wonder why the ship-to-home (for qualifying prescriptions) is taking off: this is why.

If you're wondering: I've been in line for 45 minutes. I've had time to resolve that if this weren't the last time I'm picking up my child's antibiotics, I would've dropped this place in a heartbeat. I will drive where there's a semblance of a working pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy in the area.they should remove the pharmacy from this location or reevaluate what they have going on. There is a hospital and outpatient services within 5 minutes of here but the hours are ridiculous. 9-7 is not sufficient for medical needs especially when in such close proximity to health services. The actual store is open 8-10, why would they have the pharmacy on a different schedule? They send an alert that the prescription is ready but once you arrive it’s gonna be a 2-3 hour wait if not more. If you go inside they will not package it immediately even if you’ve been notified that it’s ready. If you go into the drive thru they prepare it as they go. The most insane part is that once I received my medicine the timestamp on the receipt is from 9am, when I received the text that it’s prepared. When I went inside the store at 11: 30 they were insisting it’s not ready and will be a few hours. This pharmacy is extremely unprofessional. I advise anyone needing medicine to try to go somewhere else especially if it’s an urgent situation.

BEWARE! Euclid Ave. San Diego Walgreens. They just make up their own schedules and won’t help. Got there to get a vaccine. First they wouldn’t see me because I had no appointment. I checked online, and I didn’t NEED an appointment. Nor did it say anything about breaks in the middle of the day. Akim and the pharmicist in turn just didn’t want to work I guess. After getting my point across and losing precious time, they said they were leaving for lunch, come back at 2: 05. It was 1: 13 pm by the time this happened, and their lunch started at 1: 30. Again, they’d rather argue than work. Made me lose all that time, and at the end, I wasn’t able to get the vaccine. I will never go back there

Worst Walgreens on the West Coast! Needs new management! The allowed me to make an appointment for a Booster shot 3 weeks ago. Two days before my booster shot day they text me to say they can longer do my vaccine! One day before my shot they said they can complete my vaccine. After arriving to the store on 2/4/2022 they say they dont do vaccines, UNBELIEVABLE! I went to the other Walgreens on 885 Euclid Ave and they have excellent customer service there and accommodated me same day!

I went to the trouble to make an appointment online for a vaccine, filled out all the information answered all their questions. I scheduled an appointment time that they provided. Only to get there and have the clerk at pharmacy tell me that they're not doing any vaccines at all that day. Excuse me I have an appointment. I guess that doesn't mean anything to Walgreens.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a photo department! Unprofessional, unreliable people that wasted my time! I drove up there when they were supposed to be ready, they weren’t, was told they’d be ready in an hour and they’d call me. 3 hours go by, no call. I call to follow up and they said, “oh yeah we can’t do it. Did nobody call? ” So much for a same day order. Do NOT use this location!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. You have to have an appointment, not that it actually matters because you'll be waiting hours after it for anything, anyway. They're a complete mess.

I loved this Walgreens up until today. I always come here for a lot of things. I'm clearly pregnant and needed to use the restroom so I came here and politely asked if there was a code to use the restroom but was quickly denied access because the restrooms were "closed". You should be ashamed of yourself.

Don't come here for your covid vaccine. We had to wait 2 hours even with appointments. They skipped our turn and allowed a group of people who came much later to get served before us. When asked, the nurse, Vena, became hostile and blamed us for not being available when they called us. Lies, because we say right outside their door the whole time. Unorganized and unprofessional. Don't come here if you need your vaccines. You'll be met with extended wait time and nasty attitude from the nurse.

Pharmacy is right next to a hospital but closes there Pharmacy at 6pm on the weekend. I came earlier in the day but they were also closed for a one hour lunch break. Yall either need to hire more people or extend your hours especially being next to a hospital. People need to get there medicine. The hours are awful for working class people.

I called to check on my husbands prescription and was on hold for 35 minutes. Different people would pick up and place me on hold while I was talking. They have No phone etiquette at all! My mother in law dropped off the prescription here. I would of went to CVS! Terrible service TERRRRRRRIIIBBBLLLEE

The manager today didn’t make effort to enter my coupon for tide detergent manually for 2 dollars off she refused my coupon. I’m so disappointed for the service.

Half of most anything you need to purchase is probably under lock and key. So much for quick in and out with reduced contact.

A Register was having some trouble and it particular one is the only one used pay out a money gram. Custom service was very polite during the wait, explaining the problem and keeping us informed on any progress.
