13Horrible service i just walked in and they said i need to stop playing in the toy isle i just walked in
I pulled up to the window and was told " I'm filling prescriptions I'll be with you when ever I can". That was unprofessional and there where other workers inside. I waited well over an hour before someone came to help me because my son needs his asthma medicine. Where I can report this pharmacy to. This is not the first or second time this has happened
This wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I sat in the line to pick up medicine for over 30 minutes. There was only 2 cars before me. They never answer there phone and are very rude when done. I get messages stating my RX is ready for pick up. Sit in this long line with a car full of kids to be told it's not ready. I wouldn't choose this location.
If I could give zero stars I would says they close at 6 but at 530 they have a sign saying there drive throu is closed and someone out there saying there closed prob should change ur dive thou time so why not utilize that person in scubs outside to help the long line inside.took us an hour to ge though the line inside n then they didn’t even have the prescriptions ready since 10am. Then I had the pharmacist ask what happened to the other antibiotic. Asked me prob 100 questions before filling his new antibiotic for my sons double ear infection that’s not cleared up. N the other 2 Medications that the dr prescribes. He basically told me my dr was wrong for the cough syrup and allergy medication that was prescribe to My son n didn’t fill them. I told them I will let the dr know that the pharmacy said he was wrong. If they felt he needed something else shouldn’t they call the dr and consult with them? Not to mention on there app. Says it is filled. Needless to say I don’t need to be interrogated for what my sons dr felt as if he needed. I will be changing pharmacy’s.
Apparently the head honchos don't care if their patients get sick, suffer in pain, or die! And the pharmacists are NO BETTER! The techs lie to just get rid of you! This happened to me and I took names! They don't even deserve 1 star but I had to leave something. If you value your life, find a new pharmacy.
Very unprofessional pharmacist. Doesn't take the time to explain medication at all and very rude. Staff today was rude. I will be right with you goes a long way. I get it your busy.
The pharmacy had a hard time verifying my sons insurance for his prescription. It was a lot of back and forth with the staff and his insurance company. I went in to try to pay cash but was unable to because Walgreens has a policy against cash pay for controlled substances. Arlene in the pharmacy went the extra mile to, first of all, listen to me. Actually hear what I was saying and my concerns. She called the insurance and found out some information was wrong and was able to correct it and get the authorization for his prescription. What a life saver! Kindness counts and she deserves to be recognized for how she handled a tough situation. Thank you so much to her. Because of this experience we will use this pharmacy again.
Waited over an hour to get my vaccine that I had an appointment for! Unorganized and poorly handled all together at the pharmacy. People were lined up all the way to the front of the store. Pharmacist had to give shots and work the main line of RX customers. They desperately need TRAINED SKILLED help.
Why is this walgreens so dirty.looks like no one likes to sweep the floors. The door way in the front is bad. The out side looks real bad I just look at it and say to myself wow this is bad.walgreens no shame.
Worst pharmacy drive-thru ever. It takes them 10 minutes each car to fill an order.i know because I spent 50mins in the drive-thru!
Rude costumer service, when I asked a question I got a short answer with attitude. This was my first and last time going there.
Worst Pharmacy customer service I have Ever received. They didn't have my medication. Didn't notify me. I called my Dr.to change the medication. Waited 6 hours to give them time. Went to pick-up at 6 pm & they said we'll have to call your Dr. I said you had All day to do this. I had surgery a week ago & Need this prescription. Had to wait another hour. Will Never set foot in this location again.
