Walgreens, Cathedral City CA

I turned in a prescription at noon and I was told this it would be ready in 2 or 3 hours. I came back at 4: 30 and stood in line for 10 minutes only to find out that it wasn't ready. They said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. It was, but when I got home I found that the prescription was incorrect. I had been given plain amoxicillin when the prescription was for Augmentin (Amox-Clav). So I drove back and after waiting in line again to complain I got back in the queue and got the right drug and a polite apology from the pharmacist. The staff were polite throughout, but I don't think that there are enough of them to handle the demand satisfactorily.

They call the prescriptions are ready but are closed some days so you waste your time driving there.
Now they have totally lost my prescription and claim I picked it up.
They need to be reported to the state of California! These People are worthless.

Very poor service. Pharmacy closes without notice. Need to concentrate on operating fewer pharmacies more efficiently to provide customer service. Walgreens in general is being run very poorly

I used to love going in to this Walgreens. But lately the staff just ignores people. I will stick with other stores

Pharmacy Closed
I hate to give this type of review but I have hopes that it will help change their staffing problems. Pharmacy Closed Today is a sign posted near the pharmacy with the roll down security shades over the windows. This is not a one time occurrence but ongoing for months now. I tried to speak to the Store Manager who told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. And guess what I along with many of my friends are leaving Walgreens for good. I feel so sorry for the staff who must be forced to work in this environment. Best Wishes.

Walgreen pharmacists are very rude and not willing to help. The worst service I had ever gotten. I would not use that pharmacy again even though this place is in the most convenient location.

I see the employees with the.ask below their chin. No wonder they closed a few days. They are covid spreaders.

Very bad service at the pharmacy only one gentleman works there have a good service I am not sure of his name but he drives a black Honda but the rest need training about customer service always talking and they ignore the line and today which is Sunday I had a very bad service from the crew working at 5: 30 pm so I am gana complain to big head office I went to buy product and he has it inside and want to give me different product and he says it’s policy and there was no policy I mad him write that so I can take it to head office and if I don’t see a good respond if I can sue him since I have his hand written I will they don’t deserve my money

I am glad to see and support businesses with employees (specifically the pharmacist) that follow the rules set by Walgreens and the govt to mitigate the damaging impact caused by those that abuse our system.
