Walgreens, Palm Desert CA

I dont recommend there pharmacy, we placed a order online for covid testing received confirmation saved the confirmation but when we went to pick it up they said they had no order for us it was only when we showed the confirmation that they acknowledged and pit the order together. Plus we tried to call before making the drive, they don't answer there phone either we won't be having any more medical thru wallgreens,

Only pharmacy that carries exactly what I need. But the drive thru line is always extremely slow and the line is long. Pick up the place, guys! I've waiting an hour behind 4 cars

It claims they are open u til 7pm on their website and the phone recording, but it's never open as I can tell. Left work early for 2 days to walk into a closed pharmacy. I tried to have my meds transfered, and another pharmacy can't even get in touch with anyone. I haven't read a single positive review. You think someone would recognize the common denominator here and do something about it.

Be warned: Don’t schedule your vaccine at this place, they are totally unprepared and disorganized. Waited almost an hour past Appointment time with no feedback ever.

The pharmacy is closed for two days because they are short of staff. If somebody needs to pick up a prescription they are not able to do it at another location.
Couldn't they keep at least one person to help people get their medication. What kind of management is this? Don't blame it on Covid!

Pluses - it's close to my house and it's clean
Minuses - Front cashier was rude and was rushed though my Covid Booster shot. Tried to ask the phamacist a few questions but he was obviously not either knowledgeable or didn't know the answer. Seem short staffed even though they had 2 people there and no one at the window. Back to CVS.

Received a call that my schedule for a vaccine shot was canceled since their available time slots were not available. I called a minute later only to have the associate put me on hold four times without saying a word.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are rude to customers, they constantly make mistakes and lie and try to cover screw ups. I actually called them from inside the store to talk to a pharmacy tech that was suppose to call me back and they said she wasn't working today. She was standing at the counter and I looked right at her. I have been in the medical field for 30 yrs and have never seen such horrible customer service. I have complained and even talked to management and it doesn't improve. I will be telling my patients about how horrible they are going forward and make sure they go to another pharmacy. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place.

I had a really bad customer service experience on 4/16/20 the front cashier had a really bad attitude he was very rude to me and I was not able to even start doing my shopping. I had to leave to store very upset I m a regular customer at the Walgreens stors not that one in particular. But they need to teach this kid how to be more professional (early 20s kid with tattoos in his arms and blond hair). Watch out for this kid
