Recent one year, this Walgreen service quality drops so much. They never answer the phone call. Drive through closed, but never disclosures online. Online orders are missing in pickup window…
This pharmacy is perpetually understaffed and has been for months. Expect to wait days for prescriptions to be filled - even urgent ones. Phone calls may or may not be answered but you won’t know until you wait at least 15 - 30 minutes. Drive thru closes frequently due to staffing issues. In person lines can be an hour or more. Meanwhile other local pharmacies fill prescriptions within 30 minutes.
UPDATE: I filled a final, urgent prescription for my wife after leaving the original review because she wasn’t registered at CVS yet. I told the pharmacy tech at the register that I felt bad for him and all the staff because I was sure it was pretty miserable dealing with frustrated patients constantly. He agreed and then said, “We are currently 300 orders behind. And you know what the crazy thing is? We just had a new store manager arrive and cut our hours. ”
Clearly Walgreens has made the decision to maximize short term profits at the expense of their staff and customers.
Walgreens has fallen to an all time low.prescriptions are taking 4 plus days to get filled. You can't get through on the phone to the pharmacy because they don't answer it.
My prescriptions had been 4 days with the website saying that they were in the process of being filled. I came in person and was told they were not ready, but they could be filled in 15 to 20 minutes. So now I wait in line again.
As for the rest of the store, they look like they are going out of business with empty shelves everywhere.

They are terribly understaffed and thus lead to incredibly long prescription fill times and call waiting times
I’ve not once ever had my prescription filled on time here, on average it’s 3-5 days late which can be VERY dangerous for some kinds of medications. Very unfortunate corporate let’s them continue to operate so severely short handed.
I called the pharmacy to check on my prescription status. I was put on hold for 32 min.hwaring the silly message that I have only one call ahead of me.
If you have nothing else to and are bored, thats the place for. If you don't want to spent an hour in line, even with appointment, look for another Pharmacy.
Maybe this is the worst store to place an order online. I placed an order for 7 items to be picked up and received an email saying that all 7 items are out of stock with in 5 minutes. I guess they just want my business elsewhere.
The worst. Been trying for a couple of days to pick up medicine and lines are so long. They are disorganized and understaffed.

Came for the drive through covid test, arrive on time but they asked me to loop back and wait and wait…
I had an appointment to take a Covid 10 test and Nick, who administered it to me had the best customer service skills. When you are not feeling well and are treated nicely and gently it makes a big difference. Keep up the good work Nick!
Worth customer service. One star is more than enough. Four days to refill my prescription. The people work in Pharmacy are rude.
Didn't have full prescription and tried to get me to take a partial dose in the meantime. Would not give me a smaller mg of the same script and insulted my intelligence while showing a complete lack of it.

A standard-issue Walgreens that's clean and well laid out. Always had very friendly service.
