3A customer and I just walked in and there was NO ONE anywhere in the store. It was so odd. He left his purchases at the register and walked out. So did I. Terrible customer service. So incredibly frustrating. Drove long way to get there and absolutely no one working in photo. Total mess behind the counter. My photos not ready. I don’t have time to go home and come back. So disappointing. And frustrating. Now someone won’t get their gift…. This location needs some staff.
Clearly a management problem in this location. They messed up a Fedex drop off. How? It was somehow scanned to stay in the store instead of being picked up by a driver. Oh and the photo department is a joke. Expect major delays.
My brother and I used to come here everyday and the employees are all extremely nice!
