Walgreens, Hesperia CA

I've been calling JUST to get a prescription status for nearly an hour. I've been left on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on TWICE. Several times they picked up and put me back on hold without saying anything. Awful customer service, fire them all.

I liked this place when I moved here earlier this summer but every encounter with the pharmacy staff I have had since has changed my mind. I have had nothing but problems. Every single Rx has created a calamity that the "pharmacy techs".

I was with RiteAid for 5+ years and only a couple of issues, which they initiated resolution immediately, so I am changing back.

I understand why their rating is so low.

Don't come here the pharmacy will have you waiting all day they don't care

Someone please get the night pharmacist another person to help. She’s by herself and people get really mad at her……

I needed new reading glasses and stopped in. I was in and out in a jiffy. I quickly found what I needed.

Customer service is incredibly poor. The manager that works the night shift is incredibly rude and Lied straight to my face multiple times change true story about the system being down when I tried to make a return.
She has absolutely no people skills or integrity towards customers. She gave me dirty looks from the moment I walked in and totally gave me an attitude for no reason.

Walter & Luis in pharmacy is rude
I understand you’re underpaid and unhappy to be at work
But don’t take your frustrations out on customers
Very unprofessional
Very rude

Have the same energy you do when you aren’t behind the counter

They know people are in need of medication and refusing to fill it in a timely manner
My son has a chronic lung disease from birth and they advised to take him to the Er for treatments when his dr prescribed him the medication for home

They Open late
Walk away from customers as they’re speaking
Rude over the phone

This place is a joke and needs to have new management!

I will definitely be filing a complaint with state Board of Pharmacy

File a complaint with state board of pharmacy
Every tech who is violating needs to be reported
Every tech who isn’t professional needs to be reported
They feel they can do anything because management there does nothing.
Go above management at this location
Call corporate

An inspector will be involved soon
And the more that complains the sooner they’ll replace them
