5The pharmacy never has the prescriptions on time and they do not notify you when it’s ready.
Made an appointment to receive a vaccine. They took two walk in vaccinations ahead of me, even though their policy is that walk ins must wait until after appointments have been helped. However they then proceeded to make me wait an additional HOUR before they gave me my vaccine. And only did so grudgingly after I started complaining. Complete disrespect for their customers and a complete waste of my time. I would give this pharmacy zero stars if it were possible.
Worst Walgreens I have been to. Very slow, horrible service and communication!
Automated voice system does not get you to live person without going through several prompts. One lady gives the run around to contact doctor again just for clarification of minor info an old phone number.
Had a wonderful experience, Doreen helped us and she is truly a delight, very kind, amazing customer service! I’ll never look back at CVS, this is my Walgreens now!
