Walgreens, Elk Grove CA

Do not use this Walgreens for their pharmacy services. They are not maintaining a sterile environment. Especially in the middle of this pandemic. One staff member was only wearing a face shield and kept touching his nose and mouth and then continued to touch keyboards and surrounding work area. No use of sanitizer or at least gloves. Other staff member came from the back without her mask on and only put it on when she was in front of me. Please use caution.or go to a different Walgreens

Pharmacy isnt great.staff of the store are great tho.why would you try to help me if youre new and cant even pull up my Rx? Thats likely what someone is going to the pharmacy for.and being able to hear the tech ask the customer about all her medical history.go use the consultation window.jeez.

WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I went to go pick up my prescription with the pharmacist named Neil and to my surprise my doctor sent them the wrong prescription so I went back to try and get my $71 back but HE REFUSED. I asked for a refund, they refused, I asked if I could get the right prescription that I was supposed to get for free and he refused so they basically stole my 71$. Neil was outright very rude, condescending and paid very little attention to the problem as if it was insignificant to him and he couldn’t care less. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL BELITTLE YOU AND NOT TRY TO COME TO A SOLUTION.

Customer service here is fantastic. I am so grateful to the manager, Mike. He went above and beyond to help me and I am so thankful and appreciate the kindness and follow through. Thank you for maintaining such a high level of service during what I am sure is one of the most stressful and difficult times. It really shows a level of character and integrity that you don't see everyday.

The pharmacy dept.is always very helpful. I can even call to ask about prescriptions and possible drug interactions.

This review is for the pharmacy. I almost want to give it 3 stars based on its average-ness but it’s fairly frequent that their service either wavers between indifference to rudeness that I give this 2 stars. More often than not I receive my prescriptions without a hassle or a mistake but it has happened on a number of occasions. I’ve pondered the idea going to another pharmacy but wonder if I’d get any improvement elsewhere.

Every time we come here there is a problem at the pharmacy. They are rude, unprofessional or indifferent. The store part is great but the pharmacy is completely unacceptable. Never going back. 2 year customer lost.

Any Walgreens that is not open 24hrs isn't going to be more than a 3 star experience. This location isn't ghetto. Customer service is what one can expect from Walgreens. I will give the store credit for having scored good items on their clearance aisle.

Clean store, well stocked and workers are friendly for the most part. No complaints from my experience
