The pharmacist (3 males) are not informed. Today we were denied a COVID booster. They have not checked the new guidelines from the Control Disease Center. As of January 6th you can get your Pfizer booster (5 months after your 2 Covid shot). They simply will not listen, it’s in the Walgreens App. Complete info on the app. I will make a report to the CDC!

This pharmacy has gone downhill rapidly over the last 5 months or so. Ive had dosing wrong, refills cancelled and watched more than one customer be handed the wrong change. This shouldnt happen.
