Walk Rite For Life! reviews
13Fantastic Service. They came to my home to fit the shoes. They did all the paperwork for me. It was so much better and I go the the shoes in less than 1/2 the time. I tried a competitor in Fremont.starts with an S and ends with ergy. They wouldn't do anything for me. I did not even know what to do. The staff and Walk Rite got all the information for me. Made sure everything was correct and I now have shoes paid by Medicare.
Overpriced Monsters
Rep wanted to sell me pair of insoles for $75+,
When I find it much much lower on Amazon for the same exact product. Rep got mad, I sell here is both services and professionalism.
Ain't professional at all, when I find same for cheaper.
Not just insoles, product Sales are rip off, their shoes in the shop are marked up 30% and more.yea, same NB shoes on Amazon sold by Amazon is CHEAPER!
Overall, this shop been around long enough to let go. Find somewhere else for better services and affordable prices.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Jay greeted me when I entered the store, seemed nice. I told him about the problem with my left foot; he told me the problem was something else that I had never heard of. He told me about shoes for diabetics on Medicare; I told him I no longer have diabetes - took off enough weight that my A1C is down to normal, but he gave me a flyer for diabetics. I showed him the shoes I'm wearing and why they work for me; he told me they could special order shoes. He finally brought me a pair of shoes to try on; I showed him how much too large they were - an inch and a half beyond the end of my big toe. Meanwhile the lady who runs the place came in and started saying rude things to him; he went in the back room and I didn't see him again. She asked me about diabetes - same conversation I had with Jay. I told her I liked the shoes Jay had brought me but they were too big. She told me she had written a book. I said I needed to try on some shoes in the right size. She told me she had taught a lot of doctors about foot conditions. I said I liked the shoes but needed a smaller size; she said they could special order them. I said I needed to try on some shoes from the same manufacturer in the correct size to verify the size before ordering; she told me more about the book she wrote. I finally gave up and left. What a waste of time.
Very professional, the first time they ordered the wrong shoe. Mistakes happens.its how you handle those mistakes. They offered to drop the shoes off at my house when the right shoes came in. I've had to go back 2 times to get the shoes adjusted to fit my mom's bad feet. Both times they went out of their way to help her. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Jay! P. S.the last time I went in to pick up the adjusted shoes, I told Jay what was going on with my mom. He gave me some toes things to help her out.
So bad services and the owner not respect the customers. She hangout the phone when I asked her to change my appointment. So bad
Spent 750 dollars on inserts and shoes! ’ I told them I wear a 14 wide! They got me a 13, and because I didn’t save the box, sorry, said the owner, who owned 90 stores at one time……. STAY AWAY
Took 12 weeks not 6! Never answer phone or return calls. Went into facility and NO ONE in store, even walked in back screaming "HELLO" Told to pick up shoes then told could not pick up shoes and had to make appointment. Finally make appointment go in to find out they have lost my shoes and all of my paperwork! They should pay me for wasted time! EVERYBODY THERE SEEM TO BE RUDE, LAZY AND COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I called the day before my appt to reschedule my appt at 11: 30 am the following day. The store called me at exactly 11: 30 am saying that Shiri can see me at 11: 30 am. What’s wrong with your management? Do you think I can transport myself and be there at your store in seconds?
No wonder you have a very low score reviews.
Terrible experience. Rude, lies and bad service. They should lose their Medicare DME ability. There must be better places in the area.
They were very helpful. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and welcomed. Very attentive to your individual needs for supportive footwear. I left with my purchase feeling very positive.
Liers. The minute you enter the store, they will talk non stop trying to confuse you and divert your focus. Then they will charge you even if they didn’t solve anything. They have no intention to help even if they can help. They will lie and will charge you for. Nothing.
Horrible, horrible experience. Does not answer the phone or email. Very, very rude. Very rough with my 86-year old mother's sore feet. I cannot imagine why they are still in business.
