I am in process of wrapping up a very decent sized project with Walker Windows. I will say that their attention to detail and drive to provide the best installations in the business is first class. Everyone from the project manager to the guys unloading trucks are always on the same page and communicate better than most companies I have worked with in the past. I’m about 1 week into seeking help for my sliding glass with a warped track and I can see where this is going. “It’s the manufacturer’s fault and we are only the installer”. I’ve sent pics and have never even received a call back and feel I’m going to get jerked around. I think this window company is one you need to stay away from because my experience so far is just like the other people’s experience.

A company constantly failing to deliver the promise. There are lots of windows issue for my new house. The stuff came in May and promised will come back to replace. Three months later and called them to come in again. Same person said he made mistake to put into the system for the order and he will definitely do it right. Three months passed and we still have not heard from them. Called again and they say they already fixed it!

I have been buying doors & windows from dwd for over 20 years and tried to get warrantee replacement for one window on my own house
after months working with Greg and even saying that I'll pay for the replacement glass still nothing but excuses why they can't Honor their warrantee.not only did they not honor window warrantee but I found out after all this time that I could have saved my customer thousands of dollars buying from the big box companies and had no warrantee issues
do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company
sad they are Willing to loose a long term customer over a $65 dollar warrantee repair
