Used Wally Falke's biannual service for a few years. Prompt, professional, and comforting to know the HVAC is well cared for.

I signed up to have my older AC and heat unit replaced along with new pipe ducts under my house in 2017. Service was quick, and professional. Quarterly services have kept my system running smoothly. "They get in and get out" change my filters, and have a leave it better than they found it work ethic. "Outstanding". Jump to January 2023. I found a fault in my thermostat and reported it to Jessie. He sent someone out to troubleshoot the code, they made the repairs under warrantee and we are back on schedule. I've been in customer service myself for 35 years and can say Wally Falke's has a great team and great friendly customer service along with the skill and knowledge of the industry. A word of advice when it comes to your Heat & AC Units, be proactive and set up a regular maintenance schedule for service. Your life revolves around the environment you live in, "your house", and the air you breath. There is nothing worse than having you AC unit go out on the hottest day of the year.or your heater go out on the coldest day of the year. Honesty and Quality are are virtues that are hard to find these days with alot of businesses, i can honestly say you will find it here.

After install duct pressure test was fast and easy. Technician was on time and very professional. I definitely recommend this company

Problem was addressed quickly and professionally. Grateful for the timeliness and quality of service.

I had an odd noise coming from my roof package system. Odd enough to cause concern. I called at around 10: 30am yesterday and Wally Falkes sent Jose to diagnose my issue, which ended up being an older motor that needed replaced. My HVAC unit was repaired by 4: 30pm, the same day. For a price I would have gladly paid more for peace of mind.
Wally Falkes just found another loyal customer.

They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. They have an amazing staff that is super friendly from the estimate to the install all the way thru routine maintenance.

Gavin was very polite, professional, and kind. He explained everything that he was going to do and shared photos of troubled areas. He kept me informed every step of the way and made a difficult circumstance for our family come to conclusion quickly.

Wally Falkes rocks! Period. Had them do a new AC/Furnace install a couple of years ago and they’ve been phenomenal ever since. They’re always available, they get techs out quick if there’s a problem, the techs are always professional, and the prices are absolutely reasonable considering the service you get. It’s great to have a local company that still maintains those old school values and you can trust to do the job, do it well, and not take advantage of you!

In speaking with the person that worked on my HVAC unit, he was very clear, concise, and sharing the details of what he did, and insured my customer satisfaction! Really good company to work with!
