Walmart, Pomona CA

I was suprised it wasnt crowded! In and out in less rhan 15mins.just bought a 10x10 canopy.lady at register was very friendly.

Workers are rude and for some reason they are not friendly enough besides that Walmart is Walmart I though being a good employee was the key not the kindly rudely gestures or what not chill out captain the skipper made it here by being nice to his customers I mean he would not be in that 3hr tour if he was skanking rude boy.

Walmart was a nice trip however the one thing that is such an inconvenience at this location is everything that you need is locked up which is in that case scenario

It was very busy but with there prices and selection it worth dealing with the crowds cashier got us out pretty quick

Trying to have someone come to open the glass door so I could get some razor blades was a nightmare. I finally left. It happens all the time.

This place is just getting worse and worse for the check outs i can't tell you how many times I have left my whole cart due to the lines. I'm finding myself at other stores these days

First time picking up groceries preordered at this outlet and it was much faster than Glendora, San Dimas or Baldwin park.

Product I needed was outta stock. Store is messy and the emergency exits are locked in areas that people are shopping. No your out

This walmart has poor customer service. There are a few good and decent human beings working there, but ultimately this walmart has low employee morale. Which makes for a bad customer experience. One example is that I have been trying to call the store for an hour with no success. The line just keeps ringing. Smh do better.

I been Customer for this Walmart Location for 14 years now, & never seen a Service that Bad! They have many Registers but only 3 or 4 open, so you need to way in line too long! I recommend other Locations than that!

Some products out of stock units don't have pricing and they add new meaning to the word speedy checkout they need two more customer service

I am a very satisfied customer.pleasant and relaxing and enjoyable for me and my friend. Thanks for the teller's and I have to be able to make sure that the treatment wasn't making me upset about my shopping it is enjoyable to know the products are fresh and clean. Thanks

This Wal-Mart is cool. Like any other. Only small issue is the shopping cart set up. The way you are supposed to grab it is completely out of order. Theirs only one way in for them or one way out. Looking at it from a different view maybe it's a shopping advertising idea to make you look twice at what their advertising.

Okay store but if you do pick up today just know "pick up today" actually means pick up tomorrow. I've put 3 small orders of essentials like soap or detergent and everytime I end up going the next day because they can't be bothered to fill in orders. I'm not looking for 1 hour wait times but 4 hours is ridiculous.

Hands down their tire and lube department is awesome! Holding down the fort although short staffed. Always do an awesome job when I bring in my car.

Most of the time many items aren't stocked. It doesn't matter if you go early or late afternoon. The employees like to follow people around which is super uncomfortable.

Always great prices. I have to be careful, I usually go overboard and find deals I didn't know I wanted.

I like shopping at Walmart stores, but it's always hard to get around in their stores because they pack as much merchandise in their aisles as they can. They need wider aisles. UPDATE: they never have enough checkstands open! Its really frustrating. They need to hire more cashiers. I reduced my rating to 2 stars because of this.

Always a mess but not just this store all Wal-Mart's but these guys got deals. But the chino store the staff is really nice at least
