Walmart, Panorama City CA

I usually love Walmart but on my last visit a cashier tried to take my baby out the shopping cart. My babygirl had the belt on so the cashier failed in taking her out the cart. How things are with covid you would think they would social distance and not touch others especially without consent of a parent.

Everything you want or need is locked away. You will be waiting forever before someone comes and helps you.

This store orders the ugliest and outdated clothes. In need of a whole NEW wardrobe for women.

This Walmart is in major need of a full makeover.

Only come to this Walmart if it's your last option because it is not a clean or safe place. The only reason I came here is because it was the only store that had what I was looking for. The online pickup process here is great because it's in another area rather than sharing with customer service. The process is easy, put in the last 4 number of your order or check in through the Walmart app so your item will be ready for you when you're there. The location where this Walmart is terrible because it's not safe, there a higher chance of people who shop here won't park properly and it's not organize.

The pick up station is out of order, meaning unorganized. The parking lot is horrible here. Very OVER crowded. They only have 4 spots for pick up knowing they will have so much more. I was told that I needed to go in, versus park in a unmarked space, while my 2 year old toddler screamed in the back seat. Which is the reason I chose curbside, to avoid taking him in the store.

Go to this Walmart and had all the items I was going to buy an once I get up to the cash register the cashier says no more bags anymore. I was just there at the same location and they had bags that day. Walmart prices aren't that good in fact since things are going up so I will now be doing my shopping at Aldi. Hope this place goes up in flames for being the worst place to go buy frozen food items froms.

This location is not the greatest, seems a bit small and very claustrophobic. It has multiple levels, with the first floor being the most hectic of them all. Not enough room to really browse and take your shopping cart along without feeling like you're going to run someone over and vice versa. A plus is that it's literally connected to the Panorama City Mall, which while it is on the small side, has a few decent shops. Has ample parking, but again, seems rather small (in comparisons to other locations) especially considering it's supposed to serve the Panorama City community, which is a pretty sizeable community. I would definitely drive the extra miles and shop at the Burbank location instead of hitting this location next time.

Always over busy, extremely rude and uncourteous patrons make this place a bust. Plus the escalators are always down so tons of people waiting for the elevator.

A lady that worked there yelled at me to go ask somebody else where the thing I was looking for during Black Friday I hope Walmart never hires her again

Lots of people and always busy at this store. It was like a family Walmart store in the heart of Sfv Valley. Everybody is welcome

Changes to checkout have made that process more efficient in CERTAIN scenarios. Staff are always helpful and reply to calls to open display cases quickly.

Was greeted at the door told exactly where I need to go found what I needed and got out before I knew it. It was busy af.

It was too crowded and the place I think has high crime since there was many security and CCTV cameras on a quantity I have never seen before on any other Walmart. Too many people on the parking lot looking at parked cars, strangers. However, in terms of customer service, it was okay 9/10. They are fully billingual and corteous.

Never seen a Walmart with two levels.then it also had the mall attached to it. We didn't go to the mall but it was something new!

I was looking for a laptop because I had some important work to get done and couldn't wait for something to come in a few days I needed it then and grateful the one staff person could help.but I will say there was another guy behind the counter and I asked him if he could help.well he was very rude and said get in the line.it turned out he was a vendor for at&t.my thought was being a vendor he didn't need to be as rude to myself and my friend. I just wanted to know where were the laptops.so if anyone of U go to the Walmart and experience a similar attitude check out the shirt cause it was dark blue and he was about 6' with tats on his lower arm such as sleeve I believe. Working for at&t trying to get customers.well with his attitude as rude as it was wouldn't get my business. I was happy the Walmart staff in electronics was helpful

Worst Walmart Ever. I went just to buy receipt paper for my calculator but nobody to open the glass cabinet. Everyone that I would ask to assist me did not have a key. I waited approximately 40 minutes for someone to finally help. Will not be going there ever again. Zero Customer service.

I Came Here To Walmart To Pay My Utility Bills, and I Soon as I Arrived To The Customer Service Center, The Security Guard Gave Me a Real Nasty Attitude and a Real Nasty Look. I didn't Came To Get Disrespected as a Customer, I Won't be Bringing Business Here Again, Walmart Does Not Deserve a A Star For This Review

Huge Walmart, never been in a 2 story Walmart before & the first Walmart I've ever been in where it's so clean & organized

Not a good experience.it was difficult to find items. & the shelves were not well stocked. They were out of the items I was looking for.
