Walmart, Murrieta CA

Their website constantly lists products as in stock and on the shelves at this location, that are not!
Customer service in the Auto Center is atrocious.hsd to walk to customer service (opposite corner of the store) just to get someone to come TO the Auto area.and even then-it took another 15 minutes for them yo show up!
The men's bathroom in the front of the store is generally a mess
Make the extra trip to another location.the employees here don't seem to care about good impressions.

All Walmart's are the same, very crowded, mess stock. And long lines to change out. But you know what you are getting when you go there.

A nightmare to shop here, always! Long register lines, even self check out. Stockers with product pallets in isles really! Management have their heads in the sand and gwtting paid big bucks! WOW!

They still had Christmas decorations! Everywhere I've been they have been sold out but they still had a lot left and it made me soooo happy!

Walmart is the go to place for anything-In person or online shopping- Also glad to see they employ and train people from 21-Senior Citizens - Very convenient…
Don’t be in rush to check out - carve out time to wait a bit

Unclean, trash everywhere, stuff is all over the place, lines are ridiculously long, and it's as though covid doesn't exist in this store; doesn't feel like a virus free environment/establishment.

Bad customer service by the associates in the auto center department they don't know what they are doing not helpful but rude. Don't even know where to look for the merchandise. I was told last night to order online so I came home to do it since they don't know what they're doing and after 2 attempts they canceled my order. Went there today and it was worse I waited 1 hour to no results very rude and untrained personnel. DON'T GO TO WALMART TO PURCHASE ANYTHING DON'T ORDER ON-LINE EITHER THEY CANCEL YOUR ORDER. I ended up calling my credit card company to ensure the two orders were NOT paid.

Employees are cranky and really not helpful. They act as if it's putting them out to do their job. Obviously not everyone, but several employees the last several times have been less than pleasant, and this is coming from a business owner. Your attitude affects people's day. Be kind, and happy to assist, it really isn't that difficult.

I like this Walmart. The parking is good and there are not too many shady people that shop there. I feel safer here than other Walmarts

Cashier 7 by the name Carol with a broken finger was very unfriendly since we approached the register she had a very bad attitude with us arguing with me demanding us to put a box on top of register when it was very heavy she had a gun to scan she was just arguing and arguing with me to the limit that she made me so mad and she still keep on arguing with me when I was at the other register. Manager on duty didn't do nothing at all. We didn't even get an apology from nether one. My blood went high cause of this register lady. Sad that Manager Santhy just laugh and ignored us. My worse shopping in Walmart never been treated like this. I was an employee from Walmart and customer service was our main concern.

Walmart Murrieta is my go to store. From paper towels, daily hygiene items to Cricut vinyl and more. I always park near the garden section and enter here as well. There is always a nice greeter at the doorway. I love checking out in the garden section as well. Usually a quick checkout. If the line is long I typically will go to self check out.
This store is always clean and well stocked. I highly recommend Walmart Murrieta!

Super busy poor ladies in the register yelling to customer cause her time was over and they in trouble if they pass one minute really in the hollydays

The one time I go to Wal Mart I have the worst experience. Did curbside and it’s supposed to be fast and convenient, got there checked in and waited for an hour and 20 minutes! And still nothing so I personally had to wave an employee down to check my order status and the lady said she’d just bring it out. Plus she said there’s only two people working curbside. During the holidays? ! When there’s people in line to just even park and check in? Dumb! Can’t expect more from Wal Mart and it’s employees. Target>>>>>>>

Big thanks to the crew at the auto car center. They really went out of their way to make sure i got back home safely. I was in desperate need of some tires because the cords where beginning to show and the only walmart that had them was this one in murrieta. I live in moreno valley so its about 45min away. I risked being stuck on the side of the road with a blown out tire to come here only to find out i needed to make an appointment to have the tires installed. Thankfully the crew at the auto care center were sympathetic to my situation and were able to squeeze me in at the very last minute. They even stayed past closing time to install my tires. I truly am thankful for these guys cause if it weren't for their willingness to help me who knows what the drive home would have been like. Thanks again guys and you too lady God bless.

It's just like every other Walmart. Full of such amazing clientele and diligent workers steadily following you around to the point of such discomfort you actually tell them to stop following you around it's getting 2b harassment now. Gotta love the bar and where it is set thanks to the caliber of jerkoffs that make up the Walmart population

It's always so crowded, and I find the store confusing. It's the only Walmart where I walk in circles looking for things. Staff are either good or below average there's no in between that I've seen.

Always very busy and feels very cramped. It's Walmart, but this is definitely one of the more crowded locations that I've been to.

Went to purchase an item in the pharmacy. It was locked in a cabinet shelve. Asked the assistant in the pharmacy to open. She told me to push the button and someone would show up to open. After about 10 pushes of a button and 30 minutes later, no one showed up. I had to locate a manager to purchase nicotine gum in the pharmacy. Will not return until they change their display of gum.

I love this Walmart. It’s close to my house 98% of the time they have the random things I need. The customer service has improved tremendously within the last couple of years. During the lockdown the store was cleaned, the staff was polite and as helpful as they could be. I only wish they had a little more vegan options in the freezer section. Keep up the great work:) and thank you
