Walmart, Woodland CA

I am never satisfied when I go to this Walmart. I live in the area and stop there more often than I would like to admit. But only because it is the cheapest place to shop. They usually only have one actual cashier and they are never friendly. The lines are always long. They are never fully stocked with what you need. The carts are always dirty. The service sucks. Yet I still go back.

I know I forgot a few things on my last family trip but Walmart has everything I forgot to pack. The staff were all friendly and the store was spotless.

This is a great place to shop. From food to clothes to electronics and everything in between, they have it here.

You know the good old Walmart if you know you know and don't need to know nothing else beacuse walmart.babeeeeey WALMART IS EVERYTHING

The young girl who does returns was so so rude also this Walmart has a issue with their prices a lot of items ring up to more than what they're posted as

Treated like family every time even with the new workers currently still miss seeing the old faces in their field workers that is in cashiers and so on but still very happy with service and accommodations

Best prices and it’s usually in stock! My go to place now! If they would only carry local stuff if possible.

Always a ton of clothes, one star.

Auto guys never did me wrong with an oil change, one star.

The bikes, it's a joke good luck getting assistance. You will wait atleast 10 minutes while they find the person with the key, take a star.

They usually only have 2 registers open of like 9 not including self check out.self check out if your in a hurry. Not good for the biggest Walmart in town, take a star.

Garden center was sad and empty. If you need a cart in the store, you get to walk all the way back to the front. Back garden area is locked where we used to go grab a cart, minus a star.

We only go here if it's an absolute need on our way home because this has to be the worst walmart in our area.

We highly recommend local small businesses or even the Walmart in Willows!

They wouldn't let me try on clothes because they didn't want to clean the fitting room.

They need to train there ppl better spent 30 minutes looking for a gift card for my nephew thanks to two ppl telling the wrong places where they were

Incident 8/19/23! I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT THE WALMART IN WOODLAND. I ORDERED MY DAUGHTERS SCHOOL CLOTHES ONLINE BUT WHEN THE CLOTHES ARRIVED THE SIZE FOR PANTS WAS TOO SMALL. I THEN THOUGHT THE FASTEST WAY TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED WAS TO GO INTO THE STORE AND EXCHANGE FOR CORRECT SIZE. I CAME IN WITH THE ITEMS AND THE PERSON AT THE DOOR DIDNT GIVE ME A YELLOW TICKET SO I LEFT THE ITEMS TIED IN MY BAG AND PROCEEDED TO GET THE ITEMS I WANTED TO EXCHANGE SO I COULD MEASURE THE DIFFERENCE IN SIZE OF THE TWO PANTS. I CHECKED OUT THE GROCERIES I WANTED AND THEN PROCEEDED TO GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET NEW ITEMS AND SEND BACK INCORRECT SIZE. THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED TO DO I SAID EXCHANGE ITEMS FOR MY DAUGHTER WRONG SIZE. HE THEN SHIFTED HIS WHOLE ATTITUDE AND WENT ON TO ASK ME HOW LONG AGO I CAME IN THE STORE. I COULD TELL HE WAS UNEASY OR SUSPECTED SOMETHING FALSE! I immediately asked for his manager! SHE CAME OUT WITH AN ATTITUDE IN HER TONE. He went back there and likely told her “WE STOLE THE ITEMS”. I tried to explain to her that what was going on. She proceeded to basically accuse me of stealing the items. She went back there the first time and “checked camera and claimed initially I CAME IN WITH NOTHING. Then when my partner explained again and she saw I wasn’t frightened by her threats to call cops she said a smart comment and proceeded to go in the back. BUT BEFORE she did SHE SNATCHED MY ITEMS OFF THE COUNTER AND TOLD ME I NEVER CAME IN WITH NOTHING. She went to the back and came back & said ima give u two options. You can either tell the truth and tell me exactly how many items you came in with and I’ll give it back ORRRR u can leave with nothing. I SAID ALL OF THE ITEMS ARE MINE &&& YES WHOLE TIME SHE KNEW I HAD MY RECEIPT! FINALLY WHEN SHE DECIDED TO USE COMMON SENSE AND ADDRESS WHAT WAS SAID TO HER INITIALLY. THE EMPLOYEE LIED TO HER AND SAID I WAS ONLY TRYING TO RETURN FOR MONEY BT IT WAS AN EXCHANGE! SHE SHOULD HAVE DONE HER JOB. SHE EMBARRASSED ME AND MY PARTNER AND TRIED TO SAY WELL THATS WHAT THEY ALL SAY WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN. SHE WAS RACIALLY PROFILING ME AND SO WAS THE HISPANIC EMPLOYEE! I HAD MY PROOF AND I WAS STILL HARASSED BY THE MANAGER! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR! I SHOP AT WALMART EVERYDAY DAMN NEAR! GET BETTER SECURITY AND CAMERAS IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH STEALING. DONT TAKE IT OUT ON AN INNOCENT PERSON CAUSING ANXIETY ATTACKS! Imagine if the cops was called! I could have been KILLED! OVER A LIE! WALMART ON MAIN STREET IN WOODLAND SUCKS!

You have to wait always for any items. No one ever comes to help. Better off just trying target

The only department that you are going to get through to, is the auto service department. It's not staffed by a bunch of high school students.
Calling is about useless for the other departments.
