16I gave your store two stars due to every time I try to get Customer Service or get helping your store. I find it difficult and I’m end up waiting more than 20 minutes before anybody comes or the phone get disconnected I shop your store great deal I have to find a lot of stuff on my own and if I can’t get to it, I just have to leave it if nobody shows up.
My mom just passed and I went here to print the pictures for her memorial. Miro helped me figure out the sizes I needed. Then I picked out frames and after the pictures were printed Miro personally helped me put the pictures in the frames I had picked and made sure they were prefect before I took them home.
Walmart in Ukiah is another brick in the wall. I hadn’t been there in a few months and the store was redesigned. Went looking for a dehydrator but there wasn’t one. Store is clean as is the bathrooms. Staff is helpful when you can find one to help you.
I give Walmart a five stars it was not busy we tried to get into Walmart before 10: 00 everybody is so friendly there
While I was in the checkout line an elderly male employee walked really close to me and sniffed me as he walked past. Very interesting and odd experience.
Friendly staff but items hard to reach stay there as no one comes to help you get them down

She is in the customer service, and enjoys to make people suffer by blaming "the computer"so she cant help you. She will find a reason to make it hard for you.

I live it. They helped my find what I was looking for and even gave me a discount when they realized the package was opened.
Quick, wasn't crowded. Didn't have to wait in line or to have to use the bathroom.
Very crowed but always find what I need very well stocked and associates are always helpful. Lots of changes aisles are wider products are being displayed nicer and organized. Thank you Walmart and associates
Love the home delivery right to the front door. Saves me so much time and gas! The curbside is convenient. It just takes about 5 minutes and I'm on my way.
I am always amazed by my Walmart experiences. Yesterday in Ukiah: Super tidy, no mess (like in Walmart Las Vegas). Friendly service, clean and structured. 5 stars for the Walmart and 5 stars for the team. Here you get everything you need. It's a shame that Walmart didn't have a chance in Germany - for whatever reason.
Even after the remodel, the aisles are still too narrow. Nor can I find anything.

Walmart HAS BEEN A BOON TO THIS CITY. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING THEY HAVE IT. ALSO, THEY DELIVER FAST, AND THE PEOPLE ARE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS
It is being remodeled. Wish they could do the same for the staff. They still have the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing.
