Walmart, San Leandro CA

Tall lady in electronics helped me. I thought I was tall annnnddd she had a good attitude when I had 80 questions. Thanks! I pray her days are well at work. WalMart need more employees like her.

One third of the store is locked up behind glass doors. I’ve never seen this before at any other Walmart. Can’t even buy laundry detergent without having to find someone with a key. Waited for 30 minutes until we could finally get the item we wanted. Don’t waste your time coming here. I will never return.

Pickup orders are a toss on how they'll go. Out of stock items cause pickups to be delayed DAYS! Which sucks if you place multiple orders and have to go multiple times to get them. Site/app also doesn't tell you which items are holding up your order.

I recently moved to Oakland this is my favorite Walmart now I love the fact that you can find everything you need

There is always so many people. Very few check out stations open. Very few self check out stations open or available. And there is almost NEVER someone in the back with a key that can unlock items that are locked. Mainly referring to the area where they keep the beauty stuff. But also with electronics.

Found just what I went there for, paid for it in electronics and then picked up my Dawn Spray and paid for that in the self check-out even though they have someone there to check you out.and I was on my way. In and out in 20 minutes max.

Walmart is a place you go to when you are not in a rush. They are always crowded and lines long as usual but they do have great deals on bulk items. Water juice etc for decent prices.

Poor selection of food. I was shocked that this store doesn't offer fresh fruits and veggies to their customers. Majority of the people that shop there are low income. SHAME on Walmart for not offering a healthier alternative to the community.

It is a nice place but not a lot of variety is there I expected more out of this branch, sill not bad overall.

Walmart is Walmart, customer service is not really a thing here, however, their prices are very reasonable. Product quality is OK and really depends on what you get.

Worst service ever low life manager could not find her the service the provided was below standard of any Wal-Mart I have been to and she need to be replaced

Crowded, under staffed and those that are there haven't been trained properly. Blame the management.

Its been about a month fix the beer cooler how hard can it be don't come here got got beer it is spoiled they need toss all of it very bad store to shop at i won't be coming back

I dont normally complain about these type of problems but the lines were SLOW. Whenever I say slow, I mean slow. I set a stopwatch and it took one person 47 minutes and 32 seconds to finally check out the few items they were attempting to "buy". Obviously either the workers need to get their act together, or the people need to stop trying to use fake checks.

Great place to shopp when it's not crowded. Let you on a little secret, if you have only 1 or 4 items you can go in back in back of the store in electronics to pay for them

Wow, shocked, clean, well staffed, very surprised to see an organized Walmart. Was able to slip in, get what we needed and back out again.

First time trying Walmart.com.
Although everyone was pleasant, it was wildly disorganized. Two hours I'll never get back.
Also, floor staff was worse than useless. I need a little bit of velcro and a light bulb. Sent to four different departments, no success.
Major waste of my limited energy.

This stores shelves are always empty here!

Whenever I go to any other Walmart I have no problems at all but I come to this Walmart it seems like they are a bootleg Walmart it's like every other Walmart be on the same page but this Walmart have different rules or can't do what the other ones do smh

They were rude at self check out. And only had a few with paid employees so of course had to do there job for them and yes I think I should get paid to do there job. This check your self out saves them money not us so really put enough cashier's do I don't have to wait an hour to check out or you can pay me to check my own stuff out! Over it and yes they had like 3 employees in that area makeing sure we being told what to do and rudly put them on a cash register and there would be no line!
