Walmart, Pittsburg CA

Basic Walmart complete with extra loss prevention security features, such as a make-up and product section complete with its' own check stand. Great for those few beauty product purchases. The Walmart financial area and eyeglass store are also sectioned off from the rest of the store. Each have different hours from the main store. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Walmart has improved with having more check stands open and so far no huge lines. One suggestion is having charged motor baskets for disabled people available/charged.

It's unfortunate that shopping there is not a great experience due to shoplifting. Many items are locked into display cases, long lines. You cannot blame the store for the clients that come in to shop and or steal which dictates how the store must protect their inventory.

Long lines. They need to Hire more people. No one on sales floor and too many employees who work in areas where things are locked up are also working 3 other areas which are service areas as well. Too long of a wait for needing 2 items one which was in locked case and employee with key was also working 2 other departments which needed customer service with keys. Then the lines up front took me too much time to get through for 2 items because no cashiers.

The employee in electronics department (George) went above and beyond to help me understand the difference between the televisions which helped me get exactly what I wanted. Thank you George

Disorganized stuff. Waited too long for a $10 dollar toy that was behind a glass. No one with key. Terrible day. Had to waive at the camera for someone to notice after many pressings for assistance.

Great prices and depending on which Walmart you go to some things are locked up and you have to wait forever for customer service to unlock you merchandise that you want, very inconvenient. Some works need attitude adjustments also.

This Walmart sucks all around. From the second you pull in the parking lot. Not Walmarts fault but the area and people that come there for other then shopping draws bad situations from outside to inside. Very shady, I prefer Antioch

It's not so bad close to my home but they have everything I need locked up and then it takes them forever to get to me. The workers are mostly nice to me most of the time

Don't like that had wait in long register line to have my hair dryer unlocked from case. Same guy working register had to leave station each time a customer needed a locked item! Poor staffing results in poor customer service.

People that work at walmart must be posting these pictures 5 minutes after they open or right before they opem cuz the store aint never clean or organized like it shows in them pics

Walmart has good prices, and a convenient location. Although, I do not appreciate them sending security to the isle I'm browsing in every time. I feel like they assume I might steal, even know I spend money there every week. And you can run and tell that. Thats all!

I walked in needing to purchase a pre-paid bank card which is reloadable through an employer to receive a paycheck.

There were two employees sitting inside McDonalds though on their break we're extremely helpful and explained it and guided me on where to purchase it and how it works.

The female was a pretty young black girl with way cool eyeshadow!

Never have enough people working. Hire some more help. The lines can be ridiculous. Open more registers. Have more friendly people working there, that want to help others and like the job.

Associates in Return & Refund desk does not Walmart return policy, Even assistant manager named Christina did not know of return policy about seasonal items. They refused to refund on Halloween candy where Walmart San Leandro store gladly refunded. Also, this store does not have Self Checkout stand and under-staffed associates in evening, so expect LONG line for cashier or getting help to open secured glass door or simple questions. Major training needs for rude and inconfident associated not suring who customers are.

I hate walmart. Only perk is their cheap prices. Everything is lockedup and you have to pay for different things in different areas so makea shopping a hassle. Workers are always super rude

Worst idea ever is to get black Friday tires. Auto center Staff is slow and understaffed. It literally took the guy behind the counter 20 mins per person just to check them in. Some ppl have been coming in since Thanksgiving and still can't get services done. 5 hr wait! Next time I will go to American tires

Slow service, I, used the electronics counter because I only had a couple things to get. I just kept the receipt and walked out the door. That made it easy

Do not come to this Walmart for anything! Their service sucks and they are incredibly slow. Go to another Walmart. It is incredibly ghetto! I’ve been waiting out in the rain for 30 minutes for someone to come out with the key to exchange a propane tank. This is the most on organized unprofessional Walmart I have ever been to. There was 3 employees in a huge screaming match about if the pajamas were on sale or not. So embarrassing. I mean I know Walmart is a low in store but have some pride on who you are hiring.
