Walmart, Ceres CA

I mean. It's a Wal-Mart. Not much else to say. There's a funny guy up front that checks your receipts. Love that guy

Most of the time they have what you need The greeters are friendly and polite. There is one gentleman in particular that should recieve employee of the month.

Its walmart there's good and bad but more than not always has better prices for your daily needs sure there's others but I like shopping here.

There always out of cat food and litter. The store is jam packed full of people even during Covid restrictions. There are never any staff around and when you do see one they literally run away instead of helping you. Other customers are completely rude. Isles are always messy and the check out lines are very long and very slow. They usually only have one or two cashiers.

This stores management is terrible never any cashiers at all open and they need scanners if your not gonna post prices on merchandise.

Good other then they have people follow you like your going to steel something. That make you not even want to go to the store

This Walmart’s aquatic center needs TONS more care and attention. Only 2/9 of their Betta fish were alive and the rest were in orange, mucky water, dead. There were several fish floating in the tanks as well.

I was shoping and some old lady yelling at me and said go put the Cheerios back and i said "what" and she said "leave now"

Horrible rude employees. Jewelry lady actually laughed in a customers face when she walked up and very politely asked her for help. Returns are a joke. Ask for a manager, they never come. Customer service center has the rudest employees I've ever encountered. Will not be returning and will tell anyone i can how awful this store is.

Never has clothing items stocked, I came in for under garments and they were near completely out of stock

Pharmacy has awesome workers, you need more mechanics oil change 5 hours, really that's one way to make customers spend more money while they wait.

Bad Walmart. So hard to get help and most employees don't know what's in their own store. I was told twice they didn't carry an item. So I went and found it myself.

Guy at the exit door, forgot his name. Has black curly shoulder length hair, is extremely rude. They need to calm down when asking to see a customer's receipt. I try to avoid shopping at this Walmart.

Great store. Lost of brands at all ranges of prices food stocked. Fast electronic service. Store need to be bigger.

There is only plenty of floor coverage, and they're very friendly.
BUT,
Watch out for the customers.
Very rude and mean.
I use a power wheelchair, and that means nothing to.
The store is clean, and the McDonald's is a bonus.

Followed around I think by undercover security I may have tattoos but I do not like to be treated like a criminal or thief I'm a proud native American that spends money I'm disappointed in this store for the 1st time in my life I felt unwelcome

Love the selection here. It would be nice if all the stores were laid out similarly so you are not wandering all over, but I do understand the marketing reasons for it.

I visited the jewelry counter and ask whether they have certain battery, and the lady told me they sold out that one, and then I ask if the front counter has them, she said they are out too, and then I asked her is there other place I can buy, she said do not know, and then I ended up found myself those kind of battery just hanging up there, she did not even know, I wonder why she did not like to sell to me, I told her you have some left there, and in the front counter, a nice lady found me some too.so they do have them in stock, why trying not to sell or some other reason, confused.

Hard to find Walmart staff to help you we wait over 35mins to get something from the glass case in the automotive area but they keep saying I find some one to help you out k after 5 different worker.i call walmart number and told the lady we need help in automotive we finally got help

It's okay. Their customer service center used to be a lot quicker. They need to service the customer in a more excellent way by making sure they are serving them in a timely manner.

Update 12-12-18: They refused to cash my payroll check because I signed it while standing in line. Really? It matches my license signature & I did the same thing last week. Hmmm
