Walmart Auto Care Centers

I bought 4 tires from a Walmart in AZ and one of them went flat 100 miles into the desert heading west from Phoenix. I drove the rest of the way on the donut. I tried to exchange the bad tire at this store. At first Loyd told me I could not exchange the tire because it was damaged. I told him I bought four tires and of course I was trying to exchange the damaged one; I wanted to keep the good ones. I showed Loyd my receipt and work order for the tires from the day before and Loyd tells me that the DOT number on the work order does NOT match the DOT number on the tire and to bring him the correct paper work if I wanted to exchange the tire.
I told him that is the correct paperwork and the receipt.

All I got was Loyd calling me a liar. I did not get to exchange the tire or my money back. I did learn what a DOT number was. I would not recommend Loyd or this auto center to anyone.

The Manager Dave is phenomenon he fixed my tire after American Tire had proposed exorbitant tire service for my car which I didn't need. Great Customer Service. I was very happy and everyone should take their tire service to this Wal-mart. Thank you Dave. Keep this great work up. Bravo!

Somehow Walmart has become the best deal around for an oil change. There are often issues (not enough staff, too many tire sales that day), but on this occasion nothing wrong and I was out in an hour so cannot complain.

Oil change service is terrible. So called Oil Change Shop Manager David is totally incompetent and arrogant. When refused to change oil in my car due to existing low oil level (checked on sloppy part of driveway) I ask to talk to store manager, When another "Manager" arrived (Ana) i explained that original oil check was done improperly and when i checked again at home on flat surface oil level was low but show on the stick, she still declined to proceed with oil change claiming "Liability Issue". When asked about referring documents was told "go online and find under Walmart polices"- really professional way to go. Is really troubling that such a persons are employed by Walmart and tear otherwise good reputation of the store. Hopefully REAL MANAGEMENT quickly respond to this review and correct this situation.
PS. If such a limitation policy about oil change refusal really exist it should be CLEARLY POSTED at the shop so everybody can read it rater than being apply by very questionably qualify "Manager" at his solely discretion.

Called for over an hour this morning and no one will pick up the phone. I will be taking my money elsewhere, I suggest you do the same.

Have some fun. Call the auto center and listen a while to the recording telling you how important your call is to them for a while until they just hang up on you. Call back, listen a while longer and they surely will just hang up on you. You can do this all day long and they will never, ever actually answer the phone. This is apparently OK with store management.

Went there for an oil change and ended also getting the fuel injection service. Prices are really good and stuff were all very friendly and did a great job. I read some bad reviews saying they were rude at this location but I didn't have that experience at all but the opposite. They took around 1: 30 hrs to finish but went in the store just looking around and getting some stuff and didn't feel the wait. Plus they have a very comfortable waiting area with tv. Thanks for such a great experience:)
