9Stupid service. I went in and parked at 3: 40pm. Waited a minute for someone to come to greet me. I asked for battery and they said they stopped doing services for that day. And I was to go somewhere else that was WAY more expensive was annoyed. If your hours are until 7pm then you shouldn't be stopping services until then. Smdh
Called several times trying get ahold the auto department and they never answered the phone. Tried the store’s main number with no luck either. Even Walmart’s 800 number customer service folks couldn’t get ahold of them.
I got to be honest I only rated the one because I was never able to obtain service from Walmart I called several times at different times of the day across two weeks and I've never been able to get in touch with anybody in the auto care center just to ask if I need an appointment to get tires
Greeted immediately. I brought our 05 Mustang in for an oil change. Friendly and professional service. We have had zero issues with Wal-Mart changing our oil. Use the synthetic high mileage. Thank you.

Got me in and out in a timely manner and got a lower rate since they were all out of pennzoil. I never ever use pennzoil. So bonus for me saved me about $20.00.
I’ve never in my life experience such incompetence. I don’t care if they’re short staffed or don’t have the right equipment whatever the case, no one should wait 2 hours for an OIL CHANGE, never receive a call that your car is ready or not, not once did the call me on the loud speaker because I was IN the store & then when I finally say “it’s gotta be done by now” & come back to check on my car they say “oh they had to rewrite it up & the mechanic was getting mad so they pulled your car out & didn’t do the oil change. ”? I couldn’t even make sense of what they told me, something needs to change because when I went out to get in my car the mechanic who wrote me up in the first place was on a smoke break lol god help this place
