This staff was very rude. The lady getting car information walked away to do other things, so I went inside the lady at the desk said go outside in rude tune. I told her I was, and she said, "Wait some more. " When finally they came to help me, I was told no, I was unable to get the 44.88 oil change because they ran out of that oil. The only thing that i do is get 48.88 change. She was also very rude in the way she talked to me. It took 20 minutes of them being rude, so I just left

You go to any other oil change location where you wait in the car you are in and out with in 15 minutes. Ridiculous how long of a wait it is here. 90+ minute for a oil change. Guess you sacrifice your time for a cheap coat. Probably won't be back.

They damaged my oil pan and made it leak. Do not go here for cheap service. You get what you pay for.

Worst experience ever. Ordered 4 tires and got SMS message saying ready to install today, but was told there's no tire in their store. Associate spent 30+ even didn't find the order# I have on Walmart.

Biggest joke ever had on such a business. Never come again!

Horrible service. Told me 3 hours for 2 tires and didn’t keep my appointment time. Picked up the tires and went somewhere else to get installed. Absolutely the worst experience unless you have a whole day to deal with these people.

Would be a full 5 stars, but do NOT BOTHER talking to the “manager” Deborah. I called the auto care center phone number while waiting in front of her and she just stood there on her cell phone and watched the phone ring until I hung up. Horrible manager, but the auto technicians were AMAZING.

Our battery was needing urgent replacement, and I know less than zero about cars. I relied on Walmart to replace the battery ASAP. After calling around I was sent to this Walmart. It was the best way to ensure I had a car for the day (or at least be able to pick my kid up from school). I called ahead of time and was told they would be able to take care of the battery with perhaps a 2-3 hour wait. When I arrived at 8: 30am - with my 2yo in tow - I walked around the whole place for a while until I found someone to help me, this person told me he wasn't taking any more cars. I said that I didn't even know if my car would turn back on for me to go home, and that I had called ahead of time and that was the only reason I came all this way. The worker begrudgingly agreed to change my battery, but told me I'd have to wait all day. I just had to pick up my kid from school, he said "well hopefully it will be done by then. " I waited for a couple of hours, then decided to just buy the battery and rely on good ol' YouTube to help me install it - I couldn't see myself waiting the approximated 5+hrs with my 2yo. I went back and asked another worker to let me see if I could turn the car on - then cancel my order. This man - ADRIAN - says "oh, I can change your battery in 10min. " Whaaaaat! He dances his way to my car and in less than 15min I drive home with a new battery. If you go here, make sure Adrian is working - I'm not even sure he exists, or maybe he was our angel for the day, but I appreciated the miracle. Thank you so much Adrian!

My 3rd time here in a year. Nothing but the best. The lovely ladies, Dawn and Adriana were very helpful and polite. Eric did an amazing job. Great service.

Bought 4 new tires 5 months ago. One kept going flat came in at 8am they told me it would 4 hours plus to get it looked at. They called me at 1pm to tell me it's got a sidewall nail and needs to be replaced but I have special tires they don't have and to go back to where I bought the tires from. I bought them from Walmart from the tire center. Not online, not shipped it. Was given to me as an option to have installed the first go around. They said they would check again with the tire distributor. 30 mins later they call back and said they ordered the tire and it would be here in a couple days. I came back after the tire was in, came at 7am, at 8 they got it fixed and by 9 they had me settled. John the manager here is the only key to this shop running smoother but understandable he can't do it all. Some days are just hit and miss here.

They told me to come back at a later time when they had more workers so I did. When I returned they said oh we are so busy it’s going to be 5 hours. Just save your time. Go somewhere else in Santee - there are plenty of places like Shell Rapid Lube. I went there and was finished within 15 minutes- plus way better service!
