Walmart Auto Care Centers

Over 3 hrs for two tire replacements seems beyond unacceptable. The lack of urgency or efficiency is astounding. When I walked in, I was told by two other customers that had been waiting 4 hrs to go somewhere else, and if I hadn't had two flat tires, I would have. The management of these workers is terrible.

Had an appointment at 11am in which I never received a notification that they weren’t going to be prepared for it.
I get there and they make me wait a whole hour to tell me the tires weren’t there and no eta so they send me away.
I call Customer service and they say that my tires were indeed delivered so I go back.
They can’t find my tires but have another kind in stock.
2 hours later I’m still waiting for service.
Horrible management

Negative was the lack of staffing in the auto center to take payment. Positive is that the auto center manager helped get my daughter's tires replaced at a reasonable price even though I got the appointment date wrong.

Horrible customer service went in to get 4 tires they had 1 hour and 30 min till close said they coudnt do it cause the tire center guy was leaving

Broke 3 of my studs, says it was my fault but the guy that was taking the wheels off didn't seem like me cared about the vehicles. Also they don't input your oil change or anything into the cars vin. Also it takes forever for Everything.:/

They made sure I was completed in order to get to a dentist apt I had in the area. Service tech was very helpful. However the service trying to contact the store was awful. Tried several times to call the service center and the store with no body answering. I traveled 30 min. To get to this store would have liked to find out if I could have made a reservation.
Like I said before when I got there the auto center was so accommodating. Would recommend the service center.

They take up to 1-1.5hrs to do a tire change. But I think they do that so you go in and shop around. Good tire change but still wasting customer time. No they weren’t busy either.

Nobody answered the phone. It just kept ringing. It was a little bit after 8: 00 a.m. And I was 4th in line waiting in my vehicle to get an oil change. I was looking out to see if someone came out from the garage, but no one did for a good 20 minutes. Although it was raining hard that morning. So I was patient. Then two other cars got behind me and one of them with an umbrella walked up to the garage and said something; that's when we were all getting help at that point.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Do not risk car engine damage to save a few bucks. You will lose any money saved in labor and anger for waiting 3 hrs for a 15 min oil change. You get what you pay for and it's Walmart

I came here this past Saturday morning around 9 am with my grumpy infant. EVERYONE was nice is the auto department. From the mechanics to the cashier who checked me out when my car was done. They got me in and out within an hour. I want to thank everyone in the auto department. Job well done and I hope your work doesn't go unnoticed by upper management! Give all 4 of them a raise!
