10 I’m am completely disappointed. I took my vehicle in for tires. For whatever reason the shop guy (one middle-aged man, with gray hair goatee) acted that he couldn’t take the tires off my jeep and suggested for me to take it to a mechanic shop!? !? !? ! The only explanation I have is that he was probably upset at me for parking close to the garage doors. Though I was the first appointment of the day and I was told to be there “bright and early. ” I was there at 7am. They opened at 7: 15, checked me in. I left and they called me an hour later to pick up my car.
I am grateful for Les Schwab. I took it there and they came through. I asked them if there were any issues… NOPE. I guess the Walmart Employee was having a bad day.

Usually very busy and never answer phone calls. There’s always lines and wait time just to get someone to get your car keys for service. Walmart should hire more people, Other than that prices are great and unbeatable! Paid $48 for oil change
Used to be my favorite place to get an oil change. This week I went in one night at 5: 30 PM and they said they did not have enough employees even though they closed at seven. Then I went in this morning at 9 AM and they said the wait was three hours because an employee called off and the other one hasn't shown up. They really need to get their staffing in order, there are lots of people out there that want a job.
Waited an extra hour for my car that was ready an hour before. I was standing in the lobby the whole time, and the manager saw me standing there. Customer service is suffering at this Walmart!
Employee helps entire line making me wait 15 mins just to get locked car body wash. 1min to give me my soap vs 15mins. I would have sat in line but it kept piling up because they told me to stand on the side.
I wanted some non-avia wheels of the size but they could order them for me

Walmart auto care has got new employees or something cause a few years back they weren't good I would have given them a 1-2 star! Service in auto care now is excellent I'm really impressed thank you Walmart Auto Care!
More employees are needed for the auto repair. Employees need to work on customer service and phone etiquette. Half of the time I could not understand the person. There is nothing wrong when a customer ask questions on their vehicle. This is how I learn. I was unsatisfied with the lack of customer service pand I was still left with not being sure about my tires. Wasted almost 4 hours.
