I decided to bring my car here for an oil change instead of going to the dealership due to time constraints. The service was relatively quick, taking around 45 minutes to complete, which was a pleasant surprise. The following morning, I drove my car to work, which is approximately 40 miles away. However, upon returning home, I noticed a burning smell. Concerned, I immediately investigated the source and discovered oil splattered everywhere when I opened the hood. Thankfully, Walmart was conveniently located down the street, so I promptly returned there with my car. The staff quickly attended to my vehicle, inspecting the issue. They informed me that they had forgotten to install the seal on the oil filter, but assured me that they had rectified the mistake and topped up the oil. To clean up the mess, they rinsed the engine bay with water. However, I expressed my concern about the lack of documentation in case there was any damage. Consequently, I spent the rest of my day meticulously cleaning the oil from my engine bay.

Worst experience getting tires. They told me it was going to take an hour to get all 4 tires changed.what they failed to mention was that it would be a 2 hour wait before they actually started on my tires! An hour and a half into my wait I asked the lady in front named DIANA how long it would be. This lady is awful. Very unprofessional and rude! The service is poor and customer service is even worse. I will mention the gentleman working up front with the longer hair and beard is great. Unfortunately I did not get his name.

I wanted all Terran tires, which I was pleased with when the employee recommended them, and they were a great price, so I was able to get all four.

Worst experience getting a tire put on a rim. The car wasn't even involved. A 15 minute job took them over 2 hours to complete and it was actually forgotten about. Very rude Manager in the Auto care center, she gave me and my friend attitude when we started looking upset. Eventually we had to wait for the only girl working there who had any sense to her. Shout-out to the chick with the colorful hair, she's doing her damn best and it shows!

Got towed to Walmart with a flat tire. Waited for them to tell is they couldn't work on a 2023 car. They told us if we took the tire off ourselves and took it in they could sell us a tire and we could put it back on ourselves. Took the tire off and took it in for them to tell us they didn't have any technicians to work on it. Ended up getting towed to American Tire Depot who actually fixed the tire in less than 20 mins.

Spoiler alert: appointments don’t mean you have an appointment. After spending half an hour waiting to check in for an appointment I had made the day before, I realized that I was going to pay for these tires in another way: time and frustration. Every other experience I have had here took 2-4 hours, sometimes even overnight (for things as simple as a tire patch) so when I made an appointment I thought it would happen right away.

Nope! Full waiting room, long line of cars and uncertain of timeframe workers and this was definitely a 2.5-4 hour typical appointment. Once I realized that, I left! I wanted to save money, but I quickly realized it’s not worth supporting this business. They’re so disorganized and overrun, it will make you hate life!

The slowest employees I've seen in a long time, no communication between them at all.
Went for just a tire patch, waited for 2 cars ahead of us, no problem, then watched 2 of them walk away, leaving only one, who was milking time.
That being said the guy returned and patched it in less than 20 mins.we waited 2 hours after the 1st 2 cars ahead of us where completed!

Generally great for easy tire repairs or new tires. Friendly staff. Recently however they missed an additional puncture in a tire they fixed, so I had to go back. But the general manager gave me a heavy discount on a new tire which was generous.

So far so good.the lady, Diane, was completely helpful, understanding about my price range, helping me out.thanks diane

Had an oil change and windshield wipers installed. When I reached home one of the windshield wipers was not removed and replaced. The new wiper blade was just laid on the hood. Not even installed.

Get wipers somewhere else installed.

I was apprehensive about having Walmart work on my car, but I found the staff to be knowledgeable friendly and I got tires I needed cheaper than anywhere else.
