8If I could leave 0 stars I would, I made an appointment a day in advance for 5: 00pm Monday afternoon oil change. I get there check my car in they don’t message me until 6: 22pm that they just started working on my car and, they close at 7: 00pm. What was the point of the appointment? I’m going to have a rushed service now most likely if they even finish at this point. Won’t be coming back here better off at the Dinuba Walmart.
Beautiful and amazing employee there. Funny and amazing experience here. Will be back for sure. Prices are excellent
Horrible customer service by multiple employees save yourself time & a headache and go elsewhere. The TLE department is so unorganized & understaffed it was a nightmare getting basic services I waited in line for an hour as they helped 1 customer & once they got to me I had to go back outside to get my tire size for them so she writes me up for just the oil change and I have to get back in line for another 30 min for the tires. Came to pick up & my keys were just on the counter where anyone could grab them I could’ve just walked out but stayed and waited again while multiple TLE workers were doing nothing in the garage. Never again will I go to that department first & last time.
When Selma auto mall says they don't have time to change your oil at 1pm this is the place to go!? !
I had an oil change done & asked if they would rotate the tires. They took for ever. When it was ready I drove it out. I noticed the engine idling high. I didn't feel comfortable taking it back. As it was I saw them just taking their time. As for rotating the tires.it never was done! I spoke to someone there, they didn't offer to fix the problems. Senior citizen, shouldn't have been treated like this!
Tried to get new tires now they only do it by appointment what happened first come first served
Very poor customer service, not friendly at all, over charged me but couldn't get anyone to understand.
