Walmart Auto Care Centers

Very poor service, disorganized, shop employees ignored me when I needed help. Finally one fellow came out and helped. Poor presentation overall. Not going back.

No service at all. Waited in line at the service counter for more than 30 minutes with no help, people started lining up behind me. Several associates walked by and said they were sending someone but that never happened. Security guy even came by and apologized, but still no real help. Not sure how they expect to make money without actually having staff to take customers.

The only honest auto care center I've found. Won't try and sell you nothing you dont need. Good people but gets super busy. Best day to go is mondays.

Terrible service they take your keys and say car will be ready in 3hrs then call you 2hrs to tell you they don't have the tires anymore. They should be more organized and check if they have the tires before making a client wait 2hrs for them to say they can't even do the job. Then the lady screams at me telling me it's ok at least I didn't make you wait 3hr! Terrible service don't go and waist your time because they don't care

Horrible customer service! Everytime I come to this walmart employees are rude. I will never bring my car here!

Came here and had to make an appointment because they said it was a 5 hour wait. When I finally came to my appointment, I still had to wait about 3 hours for oil change and air filter. They seem to be so unorganized with limited staff, and good customer service seems to be lacking in this place.

I ordered on line a set of tires, came on time and the guy are friendly But I make the mistake to install in that place, it took 2: 30 hours to finish the installation which is ok the problem starts when I came back to re-torque the lug nuts (Really important especially in service truck) and I have to wait 3 and a half hours for a job the technician can do in 5 minutes even right where the car is parked.

Bad customer service they work super slow they don't care if they losing customer they don't realize that thanks to customers they have a job customer service should be number 1 priority they need better training

Got my 4 tires for my car.it was 500 dls.not so happy.i find it expensive.but they did a good job

Manager this morning refuse to work on my car because I told him the wrong dip stick is on the car. Even though these grease monkeys where the one who had it switched in the first place. Wasted 25 mins to get here to be refuse service. When their service sucks in the first the place.
Stay away everyone.

Walked in at 5: 30, Will the manager refused to take me. No signs posted that there's a cut off time. He was rude to the man in line before me. Im not going back!

I went to change all 4 tires. I went in at 4: 10pm and the lady in the tire center told me she couldn't do it because they close at 6: 00pm. With only two cars being worked on. I have no idea why they couldn't help. Typical customer service to expect from Wal-Mart.

Waited 2 hours for a tire change, for them to tell me they didnt have any my size in stock. They waited till after 7 so i couldnt go to a different walmart. Have to stay another night because i cant drive to az on my bad tire

Well they said they couldn’t fix the flat tire there.they recommend to take it around the corner to another shoot to get it fix. ‍️ it didn’t make any sense.

Complete waste of Time. Couldn't bother to do a simple oil change because of a drain Nut that didn't fit properly.

Worst customer service ever, try calling them before you go and you'll see what type of service you shall receive. Phone rings and rings they pick up and put you back on hold for over 10 minutes

Great prices, good service, but 3-4 hours to change tires and you can't make an appointment better be ready for long wait

This is the worst place ever I came here thinking and trusted they would get the job done. A simple oil change that's all I wanted and to find out from a family mechanic of ours they had my car for 3 freaken hours and never did an oil change at all on my car so I had to pay again to actually get an oil change! Super disappointed didn't expect that from walmart

Hours of operation state till 11pm. I got here at 8: 50pm since I needed a tire repair asap.it seems they close at 7pm. Terrible.

Horrible place, they damaged my oil plug and screwed back by using their fingers.cost me hundreds of dollars in repairs.is not worth saving a few dollars and paying even more in vehicle repairs because these idiots don't know how to do a simple oil change.worst service ever stay away.
