IF INCONPOTENT WAS A PERSON, APPT AT 11AM STILL HERE AT 5: 45PM, SEVERAL TRIPS TO OFFICE FOR UPDATE ONLY TO BE TOLD ON LAST INQUIRY SERVERAL CASES ARE MISSING FROM THE COUNT AND HOPEFULLY THEY ARE FOUND BY 0200AM. THEN SEEEMINGLY BY MAGIC THE MISSING CASES ARE FOUND. JUST THROW THE WHOLE ORGANIZATION AWAY!

Why are they taking the truck keys, barbecuing in the car on a hot summer day, and waiting hours for paperwork? Then I left an email, it's been 8 hours and I haven't received the paperwork and the dispatcher has been bugging me.

I'm not sure but My son ran out of gas then one thing lead to another, my rating is 3 because No one offered to help him

Showed up early for my appointment and was given a door in no time. I thought it was going to be a long wait but was out in a couple of hours

Patricia is the best! She sent us a proof of delivery of a load that was delivered two months ago in less than 10 minutes and we could finally get paid. Best carrier support ever!

Carriers fyi, we dropped our trailer at dc for unloading.it was live unload but found out we have to drop off. It was Sunday morning 3/21/21.6 days later broker told us you’re trailer is empty and ready for pick up. Our driver went to pick up empty trailer. It wasn’t parked in the zone where they told us. Driver went thru each and every row to find the trailer. After 3 hours he asked receiving dept.and they told him someone took your trailer. They said another chrw driver came and took your trailer. This is so strange. We have our company logos on the trailer. Chrw doesn’t own the trailer it was our trailer. It’s been 4 days Walmart still can’t find who took the trailer. They have cameras everywhere yet they can’t figure out who took the trailer.

Can get in an hour before appointment time. Been within reason on unloading. Break room and bathrooms are open for drivers.

Personally I don’t like big DC’s, who has, but this one is ok. Gate personnel were very professional and polite, guy in the office was little more nervous for my taste but who can blame him, he is working with us Second guy with glasses was great, very calm and helpful. Overall it was a decent experience!
Clean restrooms and plenty of overnights parking in the desert in front of the facility, its not first class but you have nature around you and its a dead quiet
Ps. They are taking your keys and sign BOL has been sent over e-mail in 24h which you obviously need to provide.

Managers arent friendly in shipping. They fire you if you get injured on the job and when dilling out the paper work for an injured employee they lie about the nature in which the injury occured. As a result you end up fired because they dont want anything to do with workmen comp. If you do intend in receiving work mens comp cause of the injury. As stated earlier the managers there dont care for your injuries.
I was working there quite recently and hurt my hand from pack of chilli cans falling from chest high onto my hand while loading a trailer. Then worked on it for 25 to 30 minutes more before telling my managers and they made up a lie saying i was loading wrong by having the package of chilli cans way above my head. Which it wasnt and from not carefully reading what my shipping manager stated in the incident report they terminated me under false pretenses.

As a co-pilot of a truck driver, my honey, we pickup and deliver at the DC and stores. Most everyone is respectful and helpful and the facilities are clean and you can help yourself to good coffee. They are strongly complying with the COVID-19 regulations.

Today came to deliver load and they need tractor shutdown and key.how to stay in truck for 3 to more hours in hot weather
No difference between 3rd world countries and this company people
Only difference is they are American born otherwise piece of Sh.
Don't buy from this company only use for parking
