Walmart Neighborhood Market, Bakersfield CA

This place is not safe if you are worry about covid 19. The employees don't use mask or any protective equipment, they don't keep social distance at all.

Me and my dad go every 3 days and I find the selfs are stocked.service is great.very clean.hand cap in place.plus parking lot pick up.very will managed.

Online it showed that they had many of the household staples I was searching for in stock, even as I stared at their empty shelves. I gave them three stars instead of one because the stock clerks had such a wonderful upbeat attitude.

Went to make a purchase. Item was locked up and sign said to push aisle button for assistance. No aisle button. I went went to find an employee without having to go to the front. None to be found. I left. I don't have time to waste. Drove down the street. Made my purchase in under 3 minutes. This place is ghetto.

Grocery pick up is a joke last time doing this you end up watching 30 plus minutes for you're order the second time it was delayed then got a texted saying it was ready still end up waiting over 1 hour this is supposed to be convenient I could of just went in and did my own shopping never again

Would give 3.5 stars if it were an option. Prices are as good as Walmart Superstore but with less craziness. Selection is also good compared to the smaller size. Unfortunately the workers are the same, disgruntled and apathetic. I've resolved to use more self checkout lanes. Been over charged multiple times and they don't resolve it in line, you have to go stand at the empty customer service desk. I will still be back because of all the positives but, some of my grocery money still goes to competitors like Vons and Smart'n'Final.

Mislabaling items! Error on self check out rigeste on the price I was purchasing! I tried to explain the girl in charge at the check out rigester the issue, she obsulotly igronat!?
She even did not bother herself walk with me to the item, s aisle to check my claim.
Don't hire unprofessional, rude individuals. They affect the other of hard working people who are doing their job the best.please and train them how to respect the people who are in contact with customers please.

Clean and well stocked. Never had any issues finding products but when I did have questions there was always a great employee near by to answer it. Never going to any other walmart.

Stop in for a couple of items on 12/23 very busy and crowded. Lots of Wal Mart employees working and all registers were open. They're doing their best to keep things safe and everyone moving through the check out lines.

Not as good produce as Wal-Mart Grocery on Allen Road. Got rid of Crown Prince oysters. No one is going to buy the cheap oysters they sell now.

Dont.look for breaded zucchini they dont haven't. Stire is clean and friendly service dont forget your bags as this is California

Store is always clean. Clerks friendly. They always greet you. Always ask if they can help you. I usually go late night and they remember my name.

One of the worst spots ever, profiles me while all I was trying to do was exchange a defective item, worst of the worst fam smash those one stars #dimstars

You can pay PG&E, Southern Cal Gas, Direct TV, and Spectrum bill and get groceries at lower prices than Save Mart Shopping Center. Great people, easy parking, the cleanest Walmart food store I have ever been too.

It's very clean & organized. I find that this Walmart doesn't carry some of the things I find at my usual Walmart on N. Chester, but if I'm passing by, it's convenient to stop in.

Employee called for maintenance right away when they saw area needed attention outside and inside. Good example for other neighborhood Walmart's. Management is doing a good job Here. Keep up the good work!

I wanted to cash in a coupon I forgot to cash in, and I was told you don't do that. Also, I was told you don't return clearance items. Bad business.
