Walmart Neighborhood Market, San Jose CA

This is a convenient Walmart.which I mean it's not crowded, it's just grocery based, and your able to go in and out. Your not tempted to go into other departments and spend more than you intended. The employees are always happy to help when you can't find that one last item on your shopping list.

Clean and local Walmart. Just a heads-up: the customer service booth closes before the rest of the store.

Got some great French bread for a dish my wife makes called lok MA Jun which is in Armenian pizza type dish. The loaves were a dollar each a great buy

They have pretty much everything you need. A large selection of produce, meats and cheeses. But they lack local products which sort of makes me sad. California has so much to offer as far as local products go. And they don't have a huge plant department by any means.

Okay customer service, there's a select few employees. Since I'm near by I got once or twice sometimes three times a week. They usually always look they are restocking. Lately lines have been long

Good place with lots of diff foods u could ever need. Not really a place for things other than food though.

It's amazing how nice so people can be and how lazy others can be. I needed to a avail myself of Walmart's money services (sending money) and the 2 people who worked at the money center were just as nice, patient and professional as can be. For someone who was "sending" money, they made a rather enjoyable experience. After sending the money I needed to pick up a couple of items and I couldn't find one of the items. I politely asked one of the associates if they could help. This lady told me to wait (she had a ladder she had to out away), I understood and waited. She comes back and "tells" me (not show me) to check the area I just came from and when I tell her I looked there she says "then that's all we have" and walks away. Horrible. So I asked another associate and she took me to what I was looking for which was literally 20 feet from where the other associate was when i asked her. If this is Walmart's idea of customer service then number one needs a refresher course.

Story road location certain staff members very uncooperative towards disabled only 2 electric scooters available in contrast to vast amounts of daily shoppers

I shop there for pre-packaged products because it's cheap, and sometimes you can get good organic meat on clearance. But their produce really sucks! They have stuff that is actually sitting on the shelf and going bad like the berries, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers

Very convenient for me; although many customers there most of the time, I usually can get in and out rather quickly using the self checkout lines.

Parking there sucks because nobody can drive there cars but the store is Convenient low stock on items pretty much all the time

Not enough clerks ever! Always either short of merchandise shelves half empty no one to help you find stuff. Staff is usually overwhelmed by lack of personnel

Such a nice Walmart in a nice area. It's not as big as most Walmarts but it has enough for your quick grocery shopping trips.

They were almost out of a lot of items. Heard something about them having no truck drivers? If fully stocked I would go back.

Very clean, great prices and most of the staff is friendly. Some produce is not as fresh as I'd like and some items do not get restocked frequently. Overall 4 stars!

I had earlier said "slow at times". Now it's slow pretty much all the time. You can see the employees just moving from one corner to another completely exemplifying "Busy without Business" attitude.

It's okay. You get basic things here but not a full fledged like you other Walmart Neighborhood markets such as mountain view.

Store needs better management. Gone downhill in last month or so. Produce is bad, held in back too long. Also too many empty shelves. Only products being stocked promptly are the vendors products. Noticed no manager on receipt to talk too. Might be why it is gone bad. We deserve better here, get it up to standards!

The wait for the pick-up line was the same as the customer service line and there was only one person working the counter. Wait time was 15 min for something that should have been at least 5. And everything around the area was chaotic and disorganized, I can't even fathom how the person would even find any of the orders it's no wonder it took that long.
