Walmart Neighborhood Market, Modesto CA

I was told that this place is really busy but when I went there they weren't that busy parking lot might have been packed but able to get my stuff and get out as quick as I ever have at neighborhood Walmart even helped out a customer funny where something was even though it's my first time in store

Very disappointed with the store I had one in there a couple days ago to do a return from the McHenry Walmart and after being in line for 20 minutes because it was very busy only one employee doing returns and after I get to the front of the line then the guy in the front tells me he cannot do that return there since it was purchased at the McHenry store very disappointed with that after waiting in line so I told the guy how come I couldn’t return it there and he said because due to the manager there certain items cannot be returned and I said why not and Walmart to Walmart and he says that’s due to our manager so I left upset I went back to Walmart in McHenry in again over there they were busy as well wait another 20 minutes in line they had no problem with my return and I told him the issue I had with the Walmart on coffee Road and they told me there that that was ridiculous a Walmart is a Walmart you should be able to do returns at any Walmart even told me that I can call corporate to complain but why they’re not gonna do anything about it anyways I will never shop At Walmart on coffee Road I will continue to do my shopping to the Walmart on McHenry plus they told me they had a lot of issues with Covid people at that Walmart so definitely will stay away from there

Great neighborhood Walmart that has great customer service. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

It was good but Monday is restocking day hard to move through the isles but good prices and friendly staff

Its pretty legit.has all the stuff I need. Just be careful if you look sketchy, theres so many bums in the neighborhood that they literally think EVERYONE is stealing. It makes you feel uncomfortable. And they start rushing you out an hour before closing. Totally wack

It's a toss between Walmart and Winco! There are some things that one carries the other doesn't. I would be overjoyed if Walmart had fresh fish and a deli

I didn't even know this store was there.

Groceries and pharmacy items only.

Was clean and tidy although the checkout system was less than adequate.

The parking situation? Foghetaboutit. Terrible.

Horrible. If I could choose negative stars I would have. Filthy dirty and I got halfway through checkout before finding out they had no bags. None. I guess I was expected to just carry individual items to and from my car. Like a couple hundred dollars worth. Needless to say I left my stuff on the conveyor and walked out. I'll be sticking with Winco from now on.

If you want to have to ring a bell for even the cheapest item to be unlocked and escorted to the front this is your store! Quite rediculous the amount of items in a locked case. Other then that not great side of town get in and out

Store was clean items were EASY to find but the customer service was the worst I'VE EVER experienced in my entire LIFE

It's a great place to get groceries quick it's easy doesn't carry everything that Walmart carries but then it's a small store. The checkers there are a little bit slow so expect a wait at check out up side they have a great self check, its busy but faster than checkers.

That is the worst representation for a Walmart store that I have ever been to. Always out of stock & the majority of the employees are Rude!

The line for customer service was very long and they never brought a second clerk in to help. Over 15 minute wait.

Great prices, fresh produce and meats, plenty of self-checkout stands during the daytime, plenty of parking.

Plenty of parking and there is a remote police monitoring station in the parking lot. The employees are friendly and the aisles are clear and clean. Check the produce carefully though.

Always have to wait now that the registers are changed. To much time if you want makeup. I still frequent there because of their great employees and how clean it is.

Not too much as far as stuff other than groceries.lots if homeless asking for money.seedy area.lock your car

The store is nice. Personally I think their food prices are a little high but the people are nice and service is greatm

Go during daylight hours. Parking lot is dangerous at night, was nearly mugged once while there at night. There is no security and dimly lit lot.

I hate this Walmart. The parking lot is full if what appear to be homeless guys riding around on bicycles and on foot and they circle the parking lot like hungry vultures looking for their next victim. Do not let them catch you slipping, God forbid you leave a car door unlocked or window down, they will take anything they can get their hands on. Walmart doesn't care either.
