Walmart Pharmacy, Visalia CA

Horrible wait times unorganized lines were helped all out of order. Paid for my prescriptions and still had two people call in from of me to talk to pharmacist. Been standing here waiting for paid Persciptions for over 30 min

I needed to have a prescription transferred to this Walmart pharmacy from an out of state Walmart Pharmacy. I was happily surprised at how fast this pharmacy had my prescription ready. My husband has used this pharmacy in the past and they were a little slow getting his Rx filled. I called them, gave them my info and within a few hours, my prescription was ready.
Very pleased.

I went to the socks and underwear dept.and ground everything under lock and key.
I'm thinking about shopping else where. Bad for business.

They take forever to give you your medicine. I called to make sure it was ready they told me to wait an hour. I went 4 hours later they told be to wait more because it wasnt filled. Its not the first time. They never have it ready one time it took 3 days!

I’ve been with this pharmacy and have never had an issue until now my daughters prescription was faxed over to the pharmacy and they didn’t have the strength prescription she needed and was told they have a lower one so I had my provider call them to the one they said they had in stock so I call 4 times before I go the next day and was told provider had called and made the switch and would be ready in 45 mins I go in 3.5 hours later thinking it’s ready and I go in wait in line for 30 mins and they legit tell me it’s not in stock so they tell me to go ask where the drop off is at and they tell me they had to order yet 4 hours prior I was told it would be ready in 45 mins. Now this is day 3 of waiting was told by their manager yesterday that the shipments come in at 10am I waited to give it time 2 hours now and they just tell me it hasn’t come in to call in a couple of hours with a rude attitude. Definitely switching pharmacies after this

Not the best pharmacy out there, but they get the job done at reasonable prices. They’ve not let me down.

The people who run this pharmacy have no idea what they're doing or are just plain lazy. Couldn't get them to get my babies prescription ready, had to have our doctor call them to get it ready. Wouldn't recommend going here.
