7This pharmacy has gone down hill. New staff, terrible responses to refill requests and refill delays.
Joanna is a very incompetent person to be working in a pharmacy. She can’t even put in credit card information correctly. The curbside pickup is a joke, don’t do it. You will sit there for an hour then still have to go inside. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They love to waste people’s time by not knowing how to anything correctly or efficiently. This is the 3rd bad experience with them. I’ll be going elsewhere.
This place has a lot of bad reviews so I'm gonna give you an honest and wholesome review. I came in about 30 minutes before closing, the short staffed team saw I was in pain and did the best they could to get my prescription out to me, which they did. I can't thank them enough for their empathy, kindness and professionalism. Thank you for helping me when I truly needed it.
I am amazed with the staff here. There is a gentleman that works there and he remembers my name when I come pick up a prescription. It amazes me every time. Great customer service.
They went to their twice, and the service is ridiculous so bad, I ‘ve never ever back to there
I paid 300.00 for an inhailer you could have bought for 130.00 anywhere else
Completely rude and unhelpful staff! I was blown away that they have absolutely zero customer service. I will ba taking all future prescriptions to another pharmacy
