Walmart Pharmacy reviews
4The pharmacists and counter workers were great, always had good service
Getting my insulin, counter states it's going to be 75 $. Asked why the increase, she proceeds to lie and say that it's always been that price. Asked for records, and it clearly states it has always been $35. Don't lie to customers it's bad business.
I like the new look too the store, of course still trying to find things, but I will get there.
What I'm NOT LIKING IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE REGISTERS. I DON'T SHOP AT WALMART TO STAND IN LINE FOR A HALF HOUR OR LONGER TO PAY, BECAUSE YOU WON'T OPEN MORE REGISTER. I'M DEBATING WHETHER I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP AT WALMART OR NOT.
OPEN MORE REGISTERS!
This may be premature as I haven't even gotten my rx yet, but I was so impressed with the tech, Levi, who did my intake that I had to immediatelywrite a review to give him Kudos. Unfortunately the provider sent my rx to Walgreens although I specifically said Walmart. Levi called Walgreens to check on my rx, though they claimed to not have received them. Levi then called the providers office who informed him that they received confirmation of being filled by Walgreens. Levi asked them to send it to Walmart to be filled. Due to it being the lunch hour and the provider out for a bit, Levi then proceeded to check with the pharmacist to see if they could use the paper copies I had brought in. Unfortunately they couldn't, but Levi again called Walgreens and arranged a transfer to Walmart pharmacy. Not once during the transaction did he act annoyed, bothered, or make me feel bad. If anything, I felt bad that he had to go through all that trouble. He was just try kind and considerate, and exemplifies everything customer service should be. Generally pharmacy visits are synonymous with frustration and difficulty, but I have to say this is my number one experience at a pharmacy ever. I've never been overly impressed with Walmart pharmacy, I generally use it because I can shop while I wait, and it is more for that convenience, but Levi deserves some recognition and praise because I guarantee he provides that same level of service everyday. So really, this is a review of Levi as opposed to necessarily a Walmart Pharmacy review.
