Walmart Supercenter, Paramount CA

Horrible! These people are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! I’m done with Walmat. Target here I come.

I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to open the liquor case. I talked to 3 associates and it was announced on the intercom 3 times. The worker with the key finally came in from outside and helped me. Horrible customer service.

Went to do a curbside pick up and it was horrible. The curbside pick up was all blocked by the shopping carts, I guess they used that space for their overstock carts. I decided to call and ask for details on where to park, but nobody answered my call! I went inside the store to pick up my order and I see a long line of customer waiting to pick up their order, seem that they been there for long time too. I finally decided to just cancel my order. Probably would never go back to this store again, terrible experience.

Hey, it's Walmart. You go in, get what you need and come out. Don't get me wrong, I love Walmart. However I don't go there looking for a stellar shopping experience! I have shopped at Walmart stores for years, andwill continue to do so.

Experience is great as it has the products that I seek. No matter what time it is, I find this Walmart useful for shopping.

My experience was actually comfortable. Normally the place is packed and you can't even breathe but today lines were short and all the registers were open. But the young man at the electronics section was very negative, he just didn't want to assist.

Stock is always depleted no matter what time of the day you come in but the statement is always the same "Well restock at midnight"

I love going here. It doesn't get too crowded. And everything is always in its place. Very clean and organized.

The wife absolutely loved this walmart. We found everything with no problems. The customer service was decent but over all my wife and i loved it

No bags, boxes, etc.and no one announced to customers until ready to check out. They wouldn't even give or let you buy from them trash bags to put groceries/ toiletries in. Poor neighborhoods give poor customer satisfaction!

Typical Walmart. This place does have the best door greater/receipt checker. Very funny and engaging.

I went to go buy deodorant, but they have it locked. I ended up pressing the button to get assistance. Yeah the got me the deodorant I wanted, but i really hate it that I cannot take it with me, because I ended up not buying. For their stupid policy on taking to a registrar. And it was to late to go back for the reason I had to go do some work.

One of the biggest Wal-Mart. Is really staked with inventory. Busy with customers even on weekdays and late at night. Workers every where and ready to help. Huge parking.clean and organized store.

They created some new random rule at that Walmart, No return allowed for item over $25 without receipt. We only wanted store credit not even cash back. We called another Walmart and they said no problem just have ID.

I just hate when I have to return something and its on my husband card and they wont give me my money back. They want to give me store credit. I understand but I get up set when its just so little amount of money. If i have a receipts I dont think its should make a different. But this wont stop me from shopping there I live Wal-Mart

This is one of my favorite wal marts.most of the time it is clean, friendly, and safe! You can buy a variety of items but hard to get someone to help find the items.

Below Avg. Experience. NO FRESH PRODUCE SECTION, NO BAKERY. Computer system/SKU's not 100% sync'd (we had a 30 min stall in checkout because they didn't have some items in the computer). Usually a WalMart experience isn't something to write home about, but this was the 1st time I ran into so many hiccups at 1 WalMart. So I thought I'd put my input for data, if you need it. The people were nice, and tried their best, I think the issue is with management, ruining the store.

This place has improved, it is now organized and seems to have just about everything. The one thing I could not find was candy scoops, they show them online but I asked and did not find them in the dept they sent me to. I would come back again.

Heavy traffic and ride customer service in the in the auto center, where they hold the specialized keys.

Seems disorganized. Cashiers to slow. Stupid that they make cashiers use short registers instead of the ones w/the conveyor belt & Walmart tricks u into liking a product then stops carrying it
