Walmart Supercenter reviews
17Called ahead to see if the customer service center was open. Rang forever and No one ever picked up.
Always love Walmart! Added tip? As you walk in look up.above doors is 4 digit number, at self checkout or code in (top screen) gives you a discount every time.
It was good and I found everything that I needed with a little help from the workers they are super nice
Locked up all the laundry soap and no one replies to the button. 2 cashiers and long lines. Stockers dont move out the way for u to shop. Place is terrible
Highly recommend. This store is well stocked, clean/organized, and staff helpful. Meat & produce high quality/yummy! I travel from adjacent county, well worth the trip.
Impressive as to how well they have adapted to to all things Covid-19.
Under staffed. The poor floor manager was overwhelmed. Actually, few customers inside. Staff was nice as usual. Selection was a bit limited. Long line getting in was caused by lack of communication by staff=door monitor made everyone wait when the wait was actually for shopping carts. Since we did not need a cart, they made us wait 15 minute for nothing with probably another 10-15 minutes more if we wanted a cart.
Handling Covid well. Dislike more products each visit behind locked glass. Very inconvenient to have to buzz for help then wait for as long as 15 mins.for assistance. At this rate I am prepared to shop elsewhere. Not everyone in Salinas is going to steal underarm deodorant.
It is the best Walmart i have ever seen it is clean and not messy. It has more things than the other one
Curbside pickup has been working well. Occasional added items, usually large items like large bottles or packages, from someone else's order. So I always take a quick look before I drive away. None the less I'm very pleased with the service.
I want to thank the employees at my local Wal-Mart on Davis in Salinas CA. As I was purchasing a PS5 the employees were confronted by a group of angry customers. The customers claimed to have inquired hours earlier about the console and felt that the console should go to them. These customers behaved rudely and were trying to intimidate the employees. I really appreciate the way multiple employees from the Wal-Mart staff calmly explained their reasoning and diffused the situation.
Went to the store and there was stinky smell of rotten egg as you walk in. This location is pretty messy. Not recommended, I'll go to gilroy instead. Like all Walmart line is always horrible.
No line outside. No line inside. One major negative. The restroom was filthy. When I told an employee she told me they clean every 2 hours. I think not. Spoke to the manager she took care of it.
Por customer service with the managers! Only two registers open lines all the way to the back of the store!
Three visits, different times of day, and I'm still waiting for someone to come get the Advantix out of the locked display. 8am today, I passed a whopping FOUR other customers walking around and think sibce it's not busy, I'll get some assistance.
I needed a 3 gallon bottle, and I'm disabled so I wasn't looking forward to the pain of walking the entire building.
The SINGLE cashier on line (same one every visit) didn't have a clue if the store sold smaller empty bottles other than the ones by her register. The gentleman at the door is the reason for one star, as he was courteous and pointed me to hardware. No luck, but found more 5 gallons (so at least someone working there knew of their products). The other star is for the young lady in pet foods that tried calling a rep to open the display for flea meds.
20 minutes standing on my damaged leg waiting. I just walked out, bidding the gentleman a kind farewell and thanks. Still no Advantix or water bottle. That'll be my third and last visit.
I like Walmart but service and cleanliness varies greatly with store location. This is not one of their better stores.
Great everything in order and clean. Maybe could use some more smiles on the employees. Definetly open up more freaking cash registers, or a 10 items or less.
