Honestly think this is the best walmart. I've been to a few mostly out of necessity - lime I needed something stat and wasn't near this Walmart or home so found the next best thing.other walmarts. Workers are pretty nice, people leave you alone its a nice shopping day. I mean go when there's not a rush I went in the am like 8 and it's more relaxed for whatever relaxed walmart can be

I like Walmart but the prices are starting to go up a lot, yesterday I spent $ 300 and hardly got a lot of things. I thought I was getting good deals but in the end poow I pay $300

HATE IT! I CAN'T GO IN FOR ONE ITEM. KEEP COMING OUT WITH AT LEAST 4 BAGS! Then you keep trying to justify why you need "that item" that's NOT on your list!

Home store, even though the managers act kind of unpleasant. And a few employees look like they’re in space. Some that can’t help you due to them going to punch out for break. The rest of the staff it genuinely nice and shelves are always stocked.

I go often to the Walmart in Baldwin Park CA. And the greeting person there named John is the best

I love that I can buy fresh fruit, veggies, meat other groceries and supplies, clothes, and other stuff. Great customer service and very clean.

Todays visit.wairing over 30min for customer service at mattress cabinet.frustrating. No associate has key to open the cabinet.

This Walmart in particular is like no other, they made me feel like a total Criminal! I was totally embarrassed and harassed on my way out although they clearly saw me pay for all my items, of course they did not find anything wrong with my purchase yet I felt totally violated! What happened to that great wholesome customer service which made shopping a fun and pleasant experience? Like when they used to greet you at the door and on your way out? Our community is stressed out enough with this pandemic! You shouldn't have to make your customers feel even worse! Your service is terrible! I hate to vent but here I go there is times I need something from the material department and I have to wait press the button and still call the store multiple times to get someone to go help me after 30 mins but everyone walks by and says no it’s not my department fine I know how it is I guess not everyone can be qualified to use scissors
But okay I wait I have had to get use to that but now today I just wanted to get a bike lock saw a lady helping right there asked if she could she said yes I waited 5 mins to the side no problem then notice she isn’t helping then to get an item or unlock something it’s her family picking out a bike for a little girl and she is even helping them teach her how to ride a bike no problem I wait to the side don’t complain I get it is family she then looks at me and gets another worker who looked like was also part of the family (also there is in total 3 workers playing with this girl) to help me okay he helps and says my item will be at the fishing license department okay I walk over someone was paying first okay I’m next then the lady I originally asked for help comes with the bike they got for the kid puts it in front of me and says charge them I ask wasn’t there a line the guy who just got my item and it now charging people rings up the bike and says yes but tells me to move I told him I was next and ignored me completely I get it family but that is a job right so they do have to wait in line tried to speak to manager nope sorry so John who rung me up should get at least told to at least make his family wait there turn not asking for tooo much so come on I am trying to reach management right now been on hold for over 40 mins but I guess it’s okay last time I go to this Walmart San Dimas is so much better

The worst electronic department ever. You ask them for an item with an empty slot on the shelf and they don’t have it. Then you ask if they have something else that IS on the display case and they DO NOT have it and don’t bother to do a thing to help you find anything else. Why work in customer service if you are lousy at serving customers? !

From the covina neighborhood, I'd gladly prefer to drive to this location. It's just a better atmosphere here personally

My experience at walmart is so-so, in good days shopping is done ok. But when you are going to return something is hard, you can buy until they close but to return an item they are open until 6pm. Another issue i had was with delivery into those lockers, they also have hours. You would think that while the store is open you would be able to access your mailed packages, but no no. And one time i used their coin machine and it took 45 minutes to get someone to get me paid for the change. I guess they are busy.

Good Service Great Deals The only thing is to crowded the signs are there of social distance however some of the customers don't respect social distance. I understand Walmart is short staff and they are beyond BLESSED to have so much ️ ️Customers it's tough for them to control lines procedures.

I like the new phone app. You don't have to be in contact with anyone. You can use it in the store or from home.

By far the worst experience I have experienced at ANY store, including walmart. At this particular location, Had to call cooperate 2 times to report the lies told at this location and waited for a manager to come out for 1 hr, was in line for 4hrs before being informed this too. Was told on Sunday by the person working in electronics to come in today to purchase the items. Now they say it is not available. Spoke to two managers here. Waited for each one about an hour apart, avoiding us. Charles and Jaime. Both Very rude and disrespectful ESPECIALLYJAIME. No customer respect, Customer relations, apology nor consideration. Jaime was talking over customers waving his hand in my face not letting me speak nor others explain the situation and even went as low to tell security to escort me out of the store because he didn't want to hear the me or anyone else. Buyer Beware of this location especially when it comes to customer service. Waiting for the lead manager Brooke to call me now as well as corporate.

12/21/2020. Got an apology from Eddie. Still waiting for Brooke. Its been weeks and no response yet.
