Was looking for help no one was around but if I did find someone they just told me they don't know and went back to what they were doing couldn't even ask a co worker if they knew felt like dad not wanted there
Customer service does not seem to be a priority with Walmart anymore. I grew up in Illinois with the store and service was key. They seem to have lost what the founder had set up
Great Prices. Went in to get a Summer Dress for my grand Daughter, they had a very nice selection of them. Plus they had a very good selection on girls sandals. She wanted all three colors. Great Selection on Dress Shoes for women. I had to get me a pair also. All together it was under 40 dollars. Thank you Walmart. Keep them prices low. You need to go check out there summer apparel's, low prices too.
Rude employees they are not happy that they work there. U should treat customers that have a question as gold
I actually like this Walmart, more organized than the other locations and I always find what I'm looking for
NO LONGER OPEN 24 HOURS! This Walmart has a super friendly staff who are willing to help. They keep their shelves well stocked. The parking lot is a little dark at night but they have a security guard continuously patrolling 24 hours a day, who helped me out one night when my car wouldn't start.
Sitting on the phone waiting for customer service to pick up. Been transferred 4 times now. Keep getting the fitting room. This is what happens when the clerk doesn't give you all the bags at the turnstile. I gave it 1 star to push this through. UUGGGHH!
I give this store one star as there customer service is horrible. They need to work on hiring people with better attitudes and the mangers need to know how to manage the store with enough employees that can serve the customers in a better timely manner.
