Walmart Supercenter reviews
13Can never get anything I came in for here because everything is locked up for theft protection, but you can never find anyone to open the cases for you
Though I've always had somewhat of a pre disposition with walmart on principal based on many practices to which they operate as well as the overall economical implications of such an entity; I had, until a couple days ago, frequented the establishment regularly or semi regularly.
However this last trip to Walmart on van Buren will certainly be the catalyst for my boycotting them.
My vehicle is facing an issue and I was heading over there to purchase what I needed to operate the vehicle safely.
When I arrived the vehicle was no longer safe to operate. It was about forty minutes before opening time so in this very large parking lot I found a suitable spot off to my own to mind my own business, relax and read a bit.
Immediately security drove over to me and informed me that it is private property I must leave and can return when the store opens.
Wow. My explanation was futile therefore in vain. Not to mention a security guard there once broke my window to my vehicle about 7 months ago.
Packed as usual.
Not alot of checks tends open, so wait was quite long. Found most of what I needed, though the vitamins area was pretty empty. Will have to hit CVS for that type of thing in the future
As you all know, Walmart has about 100 employees but at the same time none to help you inside the store. I waited about 30 to 40 mins to get some bike parts from the locked display cabinet. But we go back because of the prices so it's a balance I guess.
Worst service ever, we had to wait 20 minutes for them to open the case for a product. This is after having an employee call 3 times for customer service in that department.
Today's visit was quick, in and out. They was out of stock on a lot of things. Although it was lots of associate on the floor stocking.
It's a Walmart Supercenter. That alone carries alot of expectations. What sets this Walmart Supercenter apart from other ones can be sumed up in one word. Employers. I am not kidding when I tell you that every employee that I have interacted with has been very professional and more importantly has been above average with knowing where items that I have asked about has told me not only the aisle, but what side and how far down it was located. 5***** store. Hats off for obvious reasons to store management. Make sure you say hi to the greeters (Bill, Scott, and others).
I love Walmart they have such good deals I love the prices on their clothes & food Walmart is the Best
The only reason I putt a 4 star rating is due for not having a lot off cashier open and self check Closing early but other than that good prices
*parking was an easy task
*was greeted by a worker
*found items I was buying quickly
*check out was smooth
*parking lot was clean
I've always been a fan of walmart. They have literaly everything. I recently avoid going due to the busy flow of traffic. The lines stay long. They have no order or structure.
This location gets worse and worse each time I go waited about 20 minutes for sales associate come and help us waiting by the pharmacy went through the aisles looking for somebody that I could find that could help me nobody could be found anywhere and to top it all off they had no plastic bags available for anyone
Employees are not like they used to be. They are all into themselves nowadays, always on their cellphones, never coming up to customers asking if everything is ok or if we need help with anything. Looking irritated when we go look for them for help! YOU DESPERATELY NEED TO RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND DEMAND THEY KEEP THEIR CELLPHONES IN THEIR LOCKER OR CARS!
