Walmart Supercenter reviews
17It’s your common Walmart that a little bit of everything. I wish the toy and video game selection were better, but I understand that not every customer needs can be satisfied.
I always find the items I want and just that the service of cashier need to be quickly because there is always alot of lines.
It was my first time there and I had a blast. I went to get a camping shower and left with a full cart and 500.00 later I still had 3/4 of the store to see. They have EVERYTHING. CASHIER was friendly store was clean the greeters and the reciept checker was cool.it was crowded but I kinda liked it. I miss being around people since the pandemic began. Cant wait to go.again and this time by the things I need.
The customer service /refund area was packed. Only two girls doing everything. Genevieve the service representative was courteous, helpful, fast and efficient. I wish all Walmart employees were like her. Five stars for Genevieve. Two Stars for Walmart for hiring her
Rubbish online information. Customer service closes at 10pm even though the store is open till 00.00 We came there at 9.55pm and they refused to help us because they were already closed. I asked when they normally close and they said it was 10pm. Even though it was 9.55pm very unfriendly
This Walmart is smaller than most but, it's the closest one to me. Best to go there in the morning when the shelves are fully stocked.
They have marble rye bread, but I have trouble finding some in store items only (i.e. Hostess lemon pies, Doritos baked crackers).
How could you not love Walmart lol.literally has everything I ned everytime I need it. 4 stars because it is always packed but atleast self-checkout is quick and easy
This is a pretty decent Walmart. The shelves are well stocked and the place is clean. The grocery section is well provisioned.
My biggest gripe with this place is that it’s too popular. The parking lot is kind of crazy and checking out can be a hassle.
HORRIBLE! ATROCIOUS! MANAGEMENT. LISETTE 8: 22PM ROLLED HER EYES AT ME AND THEN SENT SOMEONE else to help me. One person at cash center and return line. I have seen this poor woman in the past there with NO help! I actually had to go over to 3 managers.standing around.to get someone else over there! 15 people in line or more! Never would go there again for ANYTHING!
Low prices but superlong lines all days of the week. Mega-super-ultra long lines on weekends. Today I waited in line for 40 minutes because the cashier was new and just learning the ropes. Well, it's Walmart and I know that you know this already!
Terrible experience; I asked for a stand for my dry erase board and asked someone that works there they told me to check office supplies. I did and found nothing, asked someone else and they told me there is nothing. Complete waste of time.
I was wondering where the Walmarts were when I moved in to Burbank, but a few months ago they got here and have made our lives easier. Good selection, prices and the best people to greet you on the way in.
Came for the Money Center and wow! 25 people in line because returns and everything is handled in 1 line! Really? ! Terrible idea. Time consuming with the long wait!
Make sure if you use the self-checkout to be watched like you're a thief. Made me feel very uncomfortable.
Super Walmarts are nice, but this one is small, at least for a Super Center. This Walmart took over the building from an outdoor sports store and with the limitations of putting a "big box" store in Burbank, didn't allow their normal expanded size. It was really busy, which I'm not used to, but since the next closest Walmart it probably 30 miles a way, I guess this is the norm.
Thank you Barbara,
You are the best operator ever! You just helped me out so quickly and I know you were super busy. I cannot thank you enough. Seriously!
