Walmart Supercenter reviews
16Better location than their previous store. I could find the food i need. Buy bottle cheap water. Very good price.i like human cashiers.some days looks like they had more automatic cashiers working than human.sad.
I asked 3 different employees and a manager to help me find one thing and none of them took a second to stop and help me out they all had an attitude and acted completely rude and that they had better things to do
These Walmart Super Center associates, (at the one in Lake Elsinore), do not answer the phone at all and that is not cool, especially if you’re trying to work there. I’ve literally called 46 times total and out 46 calls total, only 3 or 4 Walmart associates actually picked up the phone and forwarded the call to a manger but no answer, got me happy for nothing (when the first person finally answered and me thinking I’m going to speak to a manager next), because I need money. This Walmart being that big and they only have a small amount of employees? I’d like to join! What’s the point of hiring, when you’re not even going to answer the phone? There needs to be a new feature update where you can give zero stars. Wish I could type curse words in this review, to really show how angry they made me.
Walmart opened this new Supercenter within the past year and we have already put it on our Go-To list for shopping. It helps that it is across the street from Costco so we can hit both in one outing.
Why do they put everything in a cage at Walmart even the sandpaper we have to ask to have it get a piece of sandpaper no other store does that
I really love the fact that they brought a super Walmart to my city. It makes shopping so much easier I can get everything I need in one place. I only have to make one stop. The Super Walmart was the best decision to bring to my city
Steven in the customer service did a great job! My return was handled quick and accurately. Its experiences like this one that make up for all of times i have received terrible customer service at Wal-Mart
Overall disappointed. There's a lot of wasted potential here and the checkout setup is just awful and inefficient. You can tell it was designed during COVID-19, but not practical long term.
I HATE walmart but this is the cleanest one I have ever been too. The customers there are horrible but the workers weren't bad at all. Great job Walmart employees! Keep it up!
Walmart sucks. You have to retrieve your own shopping carts. No disinfectant wipes or gel. They dont sell ammo no more very anti 2nd amendment. And at the end they hold you hostage untill you show you recipe. Treating you like a theif. Sadly they don't have negative star's. Target treats you better.
So disappointed. Sent here by Walmart.com for items they had already messed up online. This store is moving, so the inventory isn't right on the computer system. Tried looking for 4 more additional items this didn't exist either. Not satisfied at all.
Update: since moving their store entirely the service is much better. Grocery items are much less expensive and easy to find.
Terrible customer service. Rude on phone. Did not want to help. All self check out. Line was soooooo long. Will never go here again.
The new Super Walmart is actually pretty nice and the lines weren't very long! Restrooms were clean and stocked. Employees are helpful and friendly.
I mean it's a Walmart so you know what to expect product wise. Seems like the only difference in experiences is the employees. This one's brand new so it's clean and staffed by people trying.
Walmart's Lake Elsinore location has upgraded grocery and liquor sections and it is kept clean. Their lack of a Tire Center however along with sparsely
stocked Automotive supplies keep this center from achieving Super status
Never answers the phone for pickup or customer service all day! Had to call Corona store to get info. Awful will never step foot in this mess of a store! Tons of self checking with 6-employees just stand around hanging outDo yourself a favor and go to Corona store! The worst ever, what a joke
