23Went in and asked everyone of the eletronic deparment staff where a certain item was and none of them where abke to point me in the right deriction. Walmart should really check if there employees are on point.
The employees are here are rude. I had to wait 45 minutes before receiving help in the liquor isle. And when I did get help 3 people came and one of them told my boyfriend they were debating on if they should even help us. And then I went to exchange something and waited in the area for 10 minutes. The worker lady then walked off and would stop when I asked for help. So I waited more. More and more employees continued to look at me and pass by. Finally someone came up and asked what I was waiting for and when I said I need to exchange something, she said the area closed 3 minutes ago. And another lady came up behind her and said it was closed also. And when I told them how long I was waiting they argued with me saying I wasnt standing there and they weren't going to help. My mom then called to see if I was still coming over, and I was telling her what was happening and then the lady finally decided to help me. Probably thought I was talking to someone higher up. And then my sister wanted to take a look at the squishies and she accidently dropped one and an employee came up and asked her in a rude tone if she needed help. Shes 10. Why are you being rude to a 10 year old? Over all service is absolutely terrible. Go somewhere else.
Only store where a majority of products are undet lock and key.now the Men Jeans are under lock and key and Corporate doesn't care what that looks like
