Walmart Supercenter reviews
30It alright until u exit & they ask u for a dam receipt that is uncalled for & disrespectful to me!
Lady shut the lane down and claimed she told everyone she's closing the lane, as she left the register everyone was able to see she enjoyed making everyone upset. The lines are always long, and frozen food melts before you can even leave the store! Walmart gets worse and worse every year
For being the 4th of July and grabbing last second snacks. The store was really clean for being as busy as it was and cashiers were doing well even with the long lines.
This review is for the Hesperia location and the one on Amargosa by the mall. I really liked shopping here but it seems to have of changed. I am disabled and I see cars parked illegally in handicap spots without a placard or the handicap license plates. I used to be able to find the electric carts every time I go but the last 7-8 times I've gone, there are none. The last time I went, I didn't even see someone riding them. I don't know if people stole them or they broke down but they need replacing. I can't do all the shopping I want to because my knees and hips start hurting so bad. I have a walker but I still can't walk through the whole store. Lines are always horrendous and take forever. Having to have someone unlock a case to get Motrin is bad. I understand theft is bad but someone should be in the area to help you. I love that I can shop for everything I need but I just can't shop there as much as I'd like.
2 TIRES NEEDED FOR FRONT OF CAR. 13" & IN STOCK. LADY WAS LIKE ME. TIRED. BUT EFFICIENTLY LOVELY. TY SWEETIE!
Lines are always forever long. But depending on which department you are shopping in you usually get fast customer service. The door people are hit n miss with there duty to check receipts.so theres traffic jams at the doors.
I really couldnt steal.the yellow coat guy at the front kicked me out because i was trying to steal.terrible walmart.will not return.
Just another Walmart. Customer care is not really helpful and friendly. I only go to that place if I do not have an other option.
A Super Center with everything you need. Grocery Dept with a large fruits and vegetable section, meat section, and Bakery Dept, automotive Dept, garden Dept, Subway eatery inside, something for everyone.
Very busy; however, had no problems locating items shopping for. Staff was very helpful locating these items. Good experience today.
The first two carts that I grabbed wouldn't move because the wheels were so clogged with hair the only reason why I'm giving this Walmart to stars is because of the two girls who helped me in the clothing department clean up your act Walmart.
Did not like it, there was no place to sit when I needed a rest.no workers to ask to see if I needed anything
Sat in Subway for 45 minutes waiting on a disabled scooter then left without shopping. Wal-mart obviously doesn't want the business of disabled seniors.
I went on christmas eve and two women employees HARASSED me saying I couldn't go inside with my SERVICE DOG, then changed her mind saying she had to be on the floor.no she can be where ever I want her to where I feel comfortable and safe, she is an emotional support animal. Did you know it's ILLEGAL to ask if your dog is a service animal. Businesses are only allowed to ask two: Whether the owner is disabled, and what tasks the dog is trained to perform. Therefore, the answer to this question is “false” – businesses are NOT allowed to ask for proof or certification for a service animal. It is ILLEGAL to falsely claim that a pet is a service animal.
I had to make a delivery I had to wait an hour and then the doc was plugged solid they need To get more Room Or quit order in so much stuff
Went to the money center and even tho it closed bout 10 minutes before I got there the girl (Melanie) still took care of me. A big shout out for her, thank you. This was on Main Street in Hesperia
The worst shopping experience ever! The staff seemed like they didn't have a clue. The worst customer service ever. Victorville store is was better! More organized and knowledgeable staff 1/2 star rating
Everyone was working so hard, but were still very helpful and cheerful. It was time for the store to close too. Thank You all and Merry Christmas!
The store was a mess being handicapped in a scooter it was difficult to maneuver around. I will never go to that Walmart again!
What can I say its walmart. Most people know how it goes here low prices long lines and only a couple registers open. Its typically hard to find what you are looking for because you have to find someone and hope they are knowledgeable of that particular item. Not really the employee's fault as walmart tends to put people in charge of an area and not much else. Id say service here is 50/50 some people are great and helpful while others seem irritated at questions. A Typical Walmart experience.
