Online ordering seemed to be off in checking stock on hand, and calling a Walmart gets you absolutely nowhere. BUT the two young men who loaded our car were awesome! Quick, efficient, and not a scratch on out new car!

I seem to have problems with the self check out. I have to put my card through several times before it accept it. And this is true with more than one card. They need to update those machines.

I don't like the food (99.99% of it its full of sugar, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors and not organic), or the clothes and accessories that they sell (99.999% cheap Chinese products) but I suppose it's 4 stars for a Walmart.

Has a wide selection and decent products. Only complaint would be the quality in their women’s pants and some t-shirts are just cheaply made and easily tear or are destroyed easily. And some of their items are priced way too high considering Walmart’s suppose to be a discount department store. Also have experienced certain staff members straight following me and my man for our entire shopping trip and made it completely obvious that they thought we were shop lifters or something.like if you gonna be rude and assume some ridiculous thing like that just based on how I look or dress or the fact that my man is covered in tattoos then at least be discreet and don’t blatantly disrespect us like that? !?

Always has what I need when I need it. Prices are fair and most times cheaper. This is my go to store, never any problems locating product or price matching.

How the H E L L do you have so much in stock according to online and phone.and then I drive there and you got nothing. You morons need to stock the shelves properly and DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. How can a supercenter be fully out of prenatal vitamins, nausea meds and more. HOW. Employees of Walmart are slowwwwwwww

I asked you people for help and they told me they didn't have time to check for the item I was looking for I walked away with nothing I could have spent $200 but no.they didn't have the time

They take forever to scan your products and if you order something for pick up, they don't hvha it available even when they text you is ready. Be ready to spend an extra 30 minutes in the line to get charged.

The grocery pick up service is easy and convenient. I use to dread having to go grocery shopping and waiting in line to check out. Now takes me 5 minutes to place order and can have it delivered if I don't want to pick up my order.

I am so disgusted by Walmart right now. I have tried calling 7 times due to a flat tire that I purchased from them. I need it fixed so I can get to my mother for Christmas, she has cancer. Nobody will answer the phone to let me know if the tire department is open. They pick up the phone and hang right up! That's terrible customer service Shame on you! I will NEVER buy another tire from Walmart!

Bigger nicer newer. Supercenter. Would be perfect if they had an AutoCenter and better F&B tenants.

Needed a tire and this place would not answer the phone at 6am! Electronics department answered but when I asked if she could assist she just transferred the call and made the statement I”I am not sure if they will answer” then after 10 minutes I got disconnected. I am so disappointed.

Wal-Mart was very nice. Strange to say something about a Wal-Mart yet it's true. The store was very clean, well organized, and well stocked. Customer service was pleasant. Prices, as usual, were great. Parking was easy. The 2 Wal-Mart in Valencia were superb compared to the one in Burbank and Porter Ranch.

Used to love coming from san Fernando valley to here but now that its no longer 24 hours i hard come down here i miss the convenience of it being open all the time but i do love this location alot still. It has better customer service and vibes then other walmarts

Found everything I was looking for of my Christmas list. Most items $5 to $10 less than other stores.

After a certain time you get self check out but only if you pay with cards, me personally i think thats b/s hadto wait in line while 3 larger persons each having a cart overflowing were slowly putting products on the small conveyer belt like omg smh -_-

The only problems are always the same. Not enough registers open and stockers blocking the rows while talking to each other or on cell phones. Other wise I've gotten use to the new lay out.

This is a really big Walmart, they pretty much have everything. And chicken scratch too. Which can be hard to find in the area. It's a nice clean store, and the size allows you to find most things you might be looking for. And because the store is so big, you can walk down most aisle without the danger of running into other shoppers.
