I must be a glutton for punishment because I find myself having to go back to this store. The customer service is absolutely horrible, They pick and choose when they are opening and closing customer service, And the shelves are never stocked with anything it is absolutely ridiculous and an utter joke! I have gone 6 different times to try to return something, I have also tried to get someone to help me in the locked liquor cabinet which was a fail on 4 different occasions. I do hate that Walmart is a billion dollar company however I would gladly go to another store pay a little more and get better customer service!

Employees me for training they are not very knowledgeable of the store or the items you have available don't know where to find them and they're not willing to help you

This store is okay if you go early in the morning you find everything stocked up later on the day gets crazy customer service is okay could be a lot better

So slow, employees have no problem telling you they are not cross trained and can not help you. Amazing in this day and age considering this was from a customer service desk rep. Who could not add money to my Walmart money card. So disappointing. Have had the card for over 10 years and now seriously thinking if going with a different company

A lot of people had to experience and out of control woman screaming and threatening people inside the store it was disturbing. It went on for a long time about 20 minutes at least.

The Walmart Super-center in Hemet is so welcoming. Everything is not locked up like the Walmart in San Jacinto. I was spoken by several valued store associates and managers. A Very clean store. Thank you for making me feel warmth, attention, and respected. If other stores instilled respect for their Customers like this store, there would be less theft because customers would feel. VALUED and not want to disrespect such honor.

I bought a Christmas wreath yesterday and used cash and a credit card to pay for it. I went to return it today because I found I shady had one at home. I had my receipt and they didn’t want to put it back on the card or give me the cash back. They said they can only give me a gift card…. Really? It’s only been 1 day and I have the receipt and they did me like that. They said it’s Walmart system that does that. Well I called corporate and they said they should of given me my money back on the original form of payment, that the store has the power to do so. So why would you do this Walmart of San Jacinto? I felt I was treated like a unfairly Because they wouldn’t even get their manager to come talk to me. Seemed like they discriminated me because I wasn’t dressed nicer. I just finished doing a job of cleaning someone’s house so I was in my ugly clothes. They freaken scammed me

I don't like how they try to make everyone use the self checkout and they only have ONE regular checkstand open. And the line on the regular checkstand is loooong.but that's Walmart for you. I try to avoid going and just shop at other stores whenever I can.

Terrible service from the team lead they got friends before customers I waited 3 hours for my item. She was very rude and started getting door dash people before the regular customers.

The online grocery pickup workers continuously charge me for items they either haven't shopped at all or are out of stock so they substitute the item when i specifically uncheck the box to allow that.i even called them to ask if they can see i dont want substitutions on my order.they have charged me for about $100 of things i dont want or never received over the past year.last night is the last time i will use the pickup from this location.and when i call the walmart customer service to ask about a refund they say that they refunded but i never see it returned to my cards.i went to the store to get a refund in person once and the customer service basically laughed at me for wanting to return groceries.saying "it wasn't even a lot of money" no maybe not to you, rude.even when you notice they mess up before you leave the parking lot and they say they refund it, like i said never received anything. $5-10 an order adds up over time when you are on a tight budget.

I usually go here because it's the closest Walmart to me. Usually it's like any other typical Walmart experience, but this last time was a nightmare. I had to wait over an hour to get my baby's formula. I asked employee after employee after employee, probably over 10 people. Because the Formula is in a locked cabinet, I had to wait. I rang the dumb button and waited. I asked multiple people who said they had no keys. One lady said she would text her manager. No one came. I asked another lady if she had a radio to call someone. No one came. By the time I got to the register I was fed up and angry thinking about my groceries melting and the torture of having to go to an entirely separate store with my baby and unloading him and loading him back up just to get his Formula because employees were ignoring me. I asked the two cashiers who I was next to and finally caught a manager who directed someone to get the Formula for me.and I don't know why Formula keeps capitalizing itself on my phone. Lol. After a long, awkward, frustrating experience and wait, I finally got his Formula. It was excuse after excuse. There should be solution based thinking in customer service, always. Not keeping the customer waiting who's spending hundreds of dollars at your store. Not that the money matters as much as my time or energy, but still.
